Earthwork in excavation of Canal/drain loading and carriage by mechanical means in D.I rock, Laterite and soft rock not requiring blasting inter spread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lead lift and trimming of slopes & bed to design section including depositing of excavated materials away from the site beyond the design section with all leads, lifts, de-lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to a maximum 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm thick to proper profile including all cost with supply of all labour and T&P required for the item complete in all respect including all taxes of labour, cess etc. complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of foundation by manual means in all kinds of soil ( This shall include Hard soil, stony earth, gravelly soil, stiff clay, heavy clay, hard shale or compact moorum ) requiring grafting tools or pick axes, loosely placed gravel or inter spread boulders up to 0.5 cum in volume soling roads, path, hard core macadam surface ( water/tar/bitumen or lime bound ) lime or cement concrete, masonry with cement or lime mortar below ground level, soft conglomerate where stone may be detached from the matrix with pick axe and generally any materials which require the close application of pick axe scarifying to loosen any soil mentioned above with all leads, lifts, and de-lifts including shoring, shuttering, propping bullahas, pilling including cost, of dewatering, drainage arrangement & slush removal if required & ramming the foundation and removing stumps and roots of trees including stacking the excavated materials away from the site mobilisation and demobilisation , supply of all equipments, materials tools and plants & labour required for the work, supervision charges, all taxes, cess, etc. with all incidental charges to complete the item of work but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer in charge. ( Measurement and payment will be made on theoretical design and level section )

Earth work in canal embankment as per specified approved section for all height using approved earth, excavated by mechanical means from borrow area including loading into transportation vehicle, transportation by mechanical means and unloading the earth in canal embankment on properly prepared approved surface with all lead, lift and de-lifts laying the earth in layers not exceeding 22.5cm in depth removing the un-desirable materials breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7cm size and condition including all cost of materials, hire & running charges of machineries, taxes, royalty and cess including construction maintenance, watering haul road and borrow areas including rough dressing of previously compacted country side slope to design section to receive turfing and utilising the cutting earth in the design canal section complete with all cost for construction of approach road, diversion road, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation etc. complete and all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST and as per specification and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment is to be made on finished level section of earth after deduction of earth utilised from the cutting section of canal. Contractor has to arrange borrow earth at his own cost

Watering, rolling and compacting with dozzer and sheep foot roller over surface of the earth work, in each layer of canal embankment up to specified heights with all leads, lift, de-lifts as per approved section at OMC to achieve the required compacted density of 95% with all cost including hire and running charges of machineries and cost of mobilisation, demobilisation, approach road, diversion road, site illumination, all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.).

Fine dressing of earth work in slopes including filling of rain cuts and slips with selected earth duly compacted and trimmed to the required profile and turfing with dub sods of rectangular shape of minimum 6.25cm. thick with cost of all materials, conveyance by manual/mechanical means with all leads, lifts, de-lifts, all taxes and cess including approach road, diversion road, laying and trimming to proper design section as per approved drawing and specifications including watering the sods till survival etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken only after survival of the dub grass).

Filling sand in foundation well watered and rammed in layers as per drawing & specification l with all leads, lifts and de-lifts including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of sand, T & P , labour & cess etc. complete including all cost incidental to work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying of P.C.C confirming to M-15 grade using hard granite crusher broken aggregate of size 40 mm. & downgraded mixed by concrete mixture mechanical means including cost & conveyance of all materials to mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete for laying on approved surface as per approved drawing, with all lead, lift, de-lift and transportation by manual/mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour & cess including dewatering by suitable means, vibrating the concrete by mechanical means, hire & running charges of machineries, curing for specified days by suitable means supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with cost of construction and dismantling of gang ways and scaffolding including construction of cofferdam, approach road, diversion road, site illumination etc. complete as per approved drawing with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying of PCC confirming to M-15 grade using hard granite crusher broken aggregate of size 20 mm. & downgraded mixed by concrete mixture mechanical means including cost & conveyance of all materials to mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete for laying on approved surface as per approved drawing, with all lead, lift, de-lift and transportation by manual/mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour & cess including dewatering by suitable means, vibrating the concrete by mechanical means, hire & running charges of machineries, curing for specified days by suitable means supervision charges including mobilisation and de-mobilisation with cost of construction and dismantling of gang ways and scaffolding including construction of cofferdam, approach road, diversion road, site illumination etc. complete as per approved drawing with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying of PCC/RCC confirming to M-20 grade using hard granite crusher broken aggregate of size 20 mm. & downgraded mixed by concrete mixture mechanical means including cost & conveyance of all materials to mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete for laying on approved surface as per approved drawing, with all lead, lift, de-lift and transportation by manual/mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour & cess including dewatering by suitable means, vibrating the concrete by mechanical means, hire & running charges of machineries, curing for specified days by suitable means supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with cost of construction and dismantling of gang ways and scaffolding including construction of cofferdam, approach road, diversion road, site illumination etc. complete as per approved drawing with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying of PCC/RCC confirming to M-25 grade using hard granite crusher broken aggregate of size 20 mm. & downgraded mixed by mechanical means including cost & conveyance of all materials to mixing yard and transportation of mixed by concrete mixture for laying on approved surface as per approved drawing, with all lead, lift, de-lift and transportation by manual/mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour & cess including dewatering by suitable means, vibrating the concrete by mechanical means, hire & running charges of machineries, curing for specified days by suitable means supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with cost of construction and dismantling of gang ways and scaffolding including construction of cofferdam, approach road, diversion road, site illumination etc. complete as per approved drawing with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and straightening the coiled or bent up HYSD bars of approved quality confirming to grade as specified, cutting, bending and placing the grills in position and binding the grills in position binding with wire 18 to 20 SWG, lapping, splicing, welding the joints wherever necessary for RCC work as per approved design, drawing with all lead, lift and delift and all cost of materials, labour, T&P, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour & cess with cost of mobilization, demobilization, diversion road, approach road, site illumination etc. complete cost with all incidental to the work but excluding GST and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (SAIL or Specified By Govt.)

Supplying and fixing centring and shuttering materials at all heights with steel sections (channel, angles ISMB) as per requirement for providing from work for F1 finish, using steel shutter plates of approved specifications for unexposed surfaces of the canal structures or away from flow areas of high velocity including cost of all materials, Taxes, T & P, labour, cess and cost of transportation of all materials by manual / mechanical means and dismantling and finishing complete with all cost for mobilization, demobilization including all costs incidental to work but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing centring and shuttering materials at all heights with steel sections (channel, angles ISMB) as per requirement for providing from work for F2 finish, using steel shutter plates of approved specifications for surfaces for permanently exposed surfaces not prominently exposed to public view or flow areas subjected to high velocities including cost of all materials, Taxes, T & P, labour, cess and cost of transportation of all materials by manual / mechanical means and dismantling and finishing complete with all cost for mobilization, demobilization including all costs incidental to work but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Abrupt irregularity over 5mm and graduals over 10mm measured with 1.5m template not permitted).

Rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, Tax, T&P and cess etc. complete as per specification and excluding GST as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetment, slopes of embankment after collecting quarried and blasted hard granite stone of approved quality free from weathered skin of 0.027 cum. or above volume in size the and not less than 0.30m. in any direction to the required shape, transportation by mechanical/manual means including filling, the interstices with quarried broken stone spalls with all leads lifts and de-lifts including cost of materials, carriage, royalty, T & P, taxes of all materials, labour, cess including dressing of earth work in bed and slope, filling the rain cuts and slips with compacted earth and ramming to the required profile and grade including dewatering if required complete with all costs for mobilization, demobilization, site illumination, approach road, diversion road, T & P and all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying and collar jointing R.C.C. spun pipes(NP3) with necessary twisted & coaltared hempyarn including caulking and filling with cement mortar (1:1) and finishing the same smooth & curing up to specified days with all leads, lifts and de-lifts including cost of all materials conveyance, taxes, royalty, labour and Cess etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(1000mm dia RCC hume pipe).

Supplying, laying and collar jointing R.C.C. spun pipes(NP3) with necessary twisted & coaltared hempyarn including caulking and filling with cement mortar (1:1) and finishing the same smooth & curing up to specified days with all leads, lifts and de-lifts including cost of all materials conveyance, taxes, royalty, labour and Cess etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(450mm dia RCC hume pipe).

Supplying, laying and collar jointing R.C.C spun pipes (NP2) 100 mm dia with necessary twisted & coaltared hemp yarn including caulking and filling with cement mortor (1:1) and finishing the same smooth &curing up to specified days with all leads, lift and delifts including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes, royalty, labour and cess etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer- in-charge

Supplying, laying and collar jointing R.C.C spun pipes (NP2) 150 mm dia with necessary twisted & coaltared hemp yarn including caulking and filling with cement mortor (1:1) and finishing the same smooth &curing up to specified days with all leads, lift and delifts including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes, royalty, labour and cess etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer- in-charge

Providing weep holes in PCC/RCC abutment wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipes extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV :20H towards draining face complete as per approved drawing and technical specification including providing graded back fill for filter zone in rear side removal of clogged materials from weep holes and cost, carriage, royalty, taxes & T&P Labour, cess and supervision charges etc. complete including cost incidental to work but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing contraction joints in the dam including fixing one line of Z-type copper sealing strip of SWG(1.63 mm thick) and one line of P.V.C water stop of approved design including fixing 20mm dia G.I pipes for heating and filling with asphalt of approved grade including cost of paper strip, P.V.C strip including cost of all other materials complete including jointing sheets with brazing/araldite etc but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum from approved quarry and stacking at the work site in regular box heaps of size 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 0.5 m to be measured as 1 cum and conveying from stacking, laying the gravel on the revetment / slolpe of river for use as filter and levelling, watering and ramming with PRR including all cost, carriage, royalty of materials and all cost of labour for watering and levelling the surface and T & P etc. complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & laying tar paper of approved quality over the smooth surface, including cost, conveyance and taxes of all the materials including supply of all labour & hire charges of T & P materials required for the work complete in all respect but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation trenches with useable quality of earth available from foundation excavation in layer not exceeding 15 cm thick including watering ramming manually or mechanically fully compacted with all leads, lifts and delifts, tools and plants, all taxes, labour, cess and cost incidental to work but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying & laying 25mm thick bituminous expansion joint board of approved quality in the expansion joint as per drawing and specification including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour, taxes of all the materials, cess etc complete in all respect but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
