The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar major items of work. The bidder should have completed a minimum of 80% of the original contract value as a prime contractor during the last five years. Specifically, the bidder should have completed: - Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) of 15,028 Cum - Bituminous Macadam and Semi-dense Bituminous concrete (BM, SDBC) of 7,514 Cum The annual turnover requirement is Rs. 48.28 Crore at the 2022-23 price level. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 7.20 crores for a tender value of Rs. 6.0 crores and a period of execution of 15 months. The bidder should provide details of their work completed and performance record for the last three years, as well as details of work on hand and performance record for the last five years. They should also furnish their balance sheet and profit & loss statement with auditor's reports for the last five years. The value of minimum quantities of important and critical items of work like Wet Mix Macadam, Bituminous Macadam, and Semi-dense Bituminous concrete should be 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The bidder is required to provide information on their experience, including number of years of experience as a prime contractor in their own country and other countries, and number of years of experience in a joint venture in their own country and other countries. The bidder should have credit facilities of not less than twenty percent (20%) of the amount put to tender and have availability of key plant and machineries and equipments in working condition required for execution of the work.
