Reinforcememnt Cement concrete of design mix of M20 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 20N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with mixing concrete in batching plant, conveying the same by transit mixers and placing in position for structures etc. l with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge, of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding, tying with binding wire 18 to 20 SWG, fitting and placing in position uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement of different sizes complete as per drawing and technical specification with all laps, hooks, ties etc. with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Form Work for concrete with F-1 finish for unexposed surfaces of structures with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete with all labour, materials & T & P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth and sides of structures with excavated materials including watering & ramming with all leads, lifts & delifts, all labour charges, T & P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments with hard granite broken stones 15 cm to 30 cm of approved quality to proper line and level including filling the interstices with small stones and spalls and wedging with hammer and fixing key stones with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF & Additional Charges etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing dry rubble rock toe, spurs, launching aprons etc. with blasted and quarried granite boulders of size 30cm and above of approved quality with all leads, lifts & delifts including dumping with packing interstices properly and surface packing to proper line and level with cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF & Additional Charges etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all leads, lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in hard soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means, loading into and transportation of the excavated materials by mechanical means and depositing them in filling reaches of canals on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface to the required section including breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth, spreading and levelling with all leads, lifts & delifts including royalty of earth, all labour charges, T&P, hire and running charges of transport vehicle, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
