Rigid & smooth centering, shuttering for R.C.C works including false work & dismantling them after specified days of casting including the cost, carriage, royalty, curing, labour, T&P, taxes, cess, etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-15 grade with 20 mm size and down graded crusher broken hard granite aggregates free from weathered skin and other deleterious materials of approved quality and uniform colour and texture and sharp sand of approved grading and quality conforming to the specifications with all leads, lifts, delifts and transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes,cess of all materials,labour including dewatering by suitable means, mixing concrete by concrete mixer and placing by manual / Mechanical means supplying T & P, curing for specified days by suitable means, etc. complete as per approved drawing and specifications etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laterite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) in foundation and plinth using good quality laterite stone of best procurable and free from any admixture of white earth, using cement as per approved specification, screened & washed river sand including cost, carriage, royalty, taxes of materials with racking out joints over stone work & curing with water including all leads, lifts, delifts, rehandling, T & P, all labour, taxes, cess etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under any. height including stacking of useful materials for reuse and removing the debris from the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts with all cost of labour, T&P, taxes, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laterite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) in foundation and plinth using good quality old laterite stone of best procurable and free from any admixture of white earth, using cement as per approved specification, screened & washed river sand excluding cost, carriage, royalty, taxes of materials with racking out joints over stone work & curing with water including all leads, lifts, delifts, rehandling, T & P, all labour, taxes, cess etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) over stone work using fine river sand approved grade & quality of cement including all cost, carriage, conveyance, royalty, taxes watering for curing upto specified days with all leads, lifts, delifts, labour and T & P with all taxes, cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil in borrow area by mechanical means and loading in to transportation vehicle and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts,delifts including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetations, shrubs, roots from transportated earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth excluding watering and ordinary compaction by PRR including construction and maintenance of haul road, cost of hire & running charges of all machineries, T & P, cost of fuel, lubricants, cost of labour,carriage, royalty, cess , taxes etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Measurement will be taken on finished compacted level section only and earth to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and responsibility.)
