Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision)) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of materials etc. including hire and running charges of all machineries and quality control test etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion with pressure distributor 0.20 kg/Sqm on the prepared bitumen granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom all labour, T&P, cost, carriage, all applicable taxes and incidental charges of all the materials required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing & laying 25mm thickness semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using specified grading-II, 10mmm nominal size harrd granite crusher broken chips, premixed with bitumen binder of of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 5% of the weight of the mix, transporting to the hot mix to work site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of materials etc. including hire and running charges of all machineries and quality control test etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Blinding road surface with sand 6mm thick including all cost, carriage, royalty of materials, all labour chargesetc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying and Stacking of good quality of moorum and Sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.44m ,to be measured as one cum, and admixing moorum and sand in (70 : 30) proportion and laying in sub-base, both side flanks and also on the top of metalled surface of road in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials etc. including labour cess and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with P.R.R., hire and running charges of machineries complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in borrow area by mechanical means and unloading the soil with initial lead of 5.00 km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and leveling the earth in 22.5 cm layers and watering earth work upto OMC condition and compaction by vibrator rollers in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm to 95% dry density including hire and running charges of all the machineries complete in dams, dykes for all heights etc. including labour, cess and royalty. (Measurement will be taken on timeshed compacted section under OMC condition as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge).
