Cement concrete M15 grade in approved surface using crushed granite coarse aggregates of size 40 mm and down graded and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials,DMF, EMF, additional charges & cess including dewatering by suitable means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost incidental to the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills using uncoated HYSD bars of designed diametres and placing in position for fabrication and fixing the reinforcement grills including laps, ties, providing chairs and welding whenever necessary with all labour, T & P including cost,Royality,DMF, EMF, additional charges conveyance of steel and binding wires with all leads, lifts and delifts and labour welfare cess etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for Reinforced Cement Concrete works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost, carriage & royalty of all materials labour, T&P, taxes required for the work with all leads lifts and delifts, labour welfare cess etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Laterite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) in foundation, plinth and superstructure with good quality of laterite stone free from any admixture of white earth & using 53 grade cement with coarse screened and washed sand with cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost of all labour, curing,T&P, taxes, hire and running charges of required equipments and labour welfare cess etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge..

20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over brick/ stone masonry using 53 grade cement with fine screened and washed river sand after racking out joints including cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials, labour welfare cess with all leads,lifts and delifts, curing , hire charges of all equipments , cost of all labour & T&P,Royalty,DMF, EMF, additional charges taxes etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying of M.S. Door, window with grills, collapsible gates made out of M.S. Angle, frame, M.S. flat sheet etc. of approved section & design, electrically welded properly with all necessary locking arrangement and 1 coat red axide primer including cost of all materials, labour T & P carriage of materials to the site including cost, conveyance, royalty,DMF, EMF, additional charges and all other taxes of all materials, labour welfare cess with all leads,lifts and delifts, curing , hire charges of all equipments , cost of all labour & T&P, taxes etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement washing two coats with shell lime including cost, conveyance and all other taxes of all materials, labour welfare cess with all leads,lifts and delifts, , hire charges of all equipments , cost of all labour & T&P, taxes etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Finishing walls with two coats over the outside walls with weather coat of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost, conveyance, and all other taxes of all materials with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost of all labour, scaffolding,T&P, taxes, hire and running charges of required equipments and labour welfare cess etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
