Providing Brick masonry work in cement mortar (1:6) for Foundation & Plinth work using Fly ash bricks of size (23 cm x 11 cm x 8 cm) having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Cm )in super structure including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforcement Cement concrete of design mix of M20 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 20N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with mixing concrete in batching plant, conveying the same by transit mixers and placing in position for structures etc. l with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding of HYSD un coated Tor rods of different sizes as per design, for RCC works tying the grills and placing in position in all heights for fabrication and framing reinforcement with laps and hooks, ties, chairs and tack welding, whenever necessary with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials including cost of steel of (SAIL or any approved make i.e. TATA) binding wire 18 to 20 SWG, T&P including transportation to work site loading, unloading and taxes of all materials labour charges, cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respect as per drawing, design & specification as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete in proportion in (1:2:4) with 12 mm size crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of approved quality from appproved quarry, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials of uniform colour and texture including dewatering, with all labour, all cost, conveyance, royalty ofl materials, tools and plants and placed to work site and, finished smooth to all heights with all leads, lifts and delifts watering and curing etc. complete with all labours for mixing concrete by concrete mixture, placing in position manually/ mechanically and compacting with vibrators, including hire and running charges of all machineries, all incidental charges etc. but excluding GST and and complete the work in all respect as per approved drawing, design, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Brick masonry work in cement mortar (1:6) in super Structer using Fly ash bricks of size (23 cm x 11 cm x 8 cm) having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg / Cm )in super structure including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over Brick work in super structure with all cost, lead, lift, labour cost, cess taxes etc but excluding GST and complete the work in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer -in- charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over Brick or stone masonry work with all cost, lead, lift, labour cost, cess taxes etc but excluding GST and complete the work in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles coloured serise Flooring(600 mmx 600mm) including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Vertrified tiles in Dado Flooring including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dressed seasoned sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought and put up) in trusses, purlines, frames of doors, windows, ventilabours and beams including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

32 mm thick flush Door with 25 mm BWR block Board pasted 1 mm sunmica both side with fitting Door including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting ,fixing of M.S Doors' windows ,shutters including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fitting ,fixing shutters & Grill including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete in cement concrete (1:2:4) over roof slab using 12 mm to 6mm size chips of approved quality including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth by Back filling of surplus excaveted earthat work site by intial lead of 50.00 m including all cost, conveyance & royalty of sand including all leads, lifts, delifts, all incidental charges, labour charges & cess etc but excluding GST and complete the work in all respect as per drawing, design & specification as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
