Excavation, loading and carriage by mechanical means in D.I. rock, laterite and soft rock not requiring blasting interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.Complete in all respects with all labour charges, T&P, CESS etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of founation in hard rock (granite) removed by chiselling including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.5m in depth and stacking the useful materials for reuse and depositing the soil within initial lead of 50m and as per specification approved by the Department.Complete in all respects with all labour charges, T&P, CESS etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of design mix of M15 A-40 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 15N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 40mm and down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry and using the minimum quantity of cement about 2.70 Qntl per cum (as per nominal mix)of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required in complete as per approved drawing , specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete of design mix of M25 A-20 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 25N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20mm and down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry and using the minimum quantity of cement about 60.50 Qntl per 15 cum (as per nominal mix)of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required in complete as per approved drawing , specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for straightening, coiled or bend up M.S. or HYSD bars confirming to grade fe-250 or fe-415 of tested and approved quality, cutting, bending, lapping, slitting , welding etc and confirming I.S. Specification and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position in ties chairs and spaces as required for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads and lifts from bending yard to placement spot including all cost and conveyance of M.S. or tor-steel bars of SAIL / TATA / approved make and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauges etc complete (Weight of binding wire has not been considered for payment. Standard co-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered and welding and lapping shall confirming to relevant clauses of I.S. code) including cost of all labours, T&P and supervision charges, taxes of all materials excluding GST but including cess etc complete as per design, drawing and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing formwork for concrete with F1 finish for both face of c.c.wall, guard wall & structures etc, exposed & unexposed surface of foundation, block joints etc with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete with all labour, materials, supervision charges, conveyance and T&P, cess & taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge & as per the approved drawing & design & specification.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including well watered and rammed etc. with all labour charges , T & P charges etc. Complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be made on level section as per approved design).

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to designed thickness and slope using old departmental hard broken granite stone free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials including filling the interstices with small stones, spalls etc and wedging with hammer and placing the surface to proper line and level, fixing key stones including dewatering, if any with conveyance and all leads and lifts, cess excluding GST but including labour, T & P etc complete in all respect as per drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonary / plain / Reinforced Concrete aboutment, wingwall / Return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 v : 20 H towards drawing face etc. Complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge & as per the approved drawing & design & specification.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick bitumenous expansion joint board (I.S.I) in lining joints including cost,conveyance of all materials,all all labour charges,T&P charges, CESS ,jointing sheets with bredzing/araldite etc. Complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge & as per the approved drawing & design & specification.
