Providing, Cutting, bending, binding and tying different sizes of M.S reinforcement with binding wire and placing them in proper position as per drawing and design (weight of binding wires will not be considered as measurement of M.S rods) including cost of all materials, conveyance, cost of labour with all leads, lifts and delifts, cess, all taxes and all other incidental charges required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid smooth centring and shuttering for R.C.C walls including false works and dismantling them after casting and removing the debris away from the work site including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalty, cost of labour with all leads, lifts and delifts, cess, all taxes and all other incidental charges required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Proving and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:1½:3) with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 20mm size and down graded of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying of concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar paper or terracing in wall joints, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting, providing grooves or beads and hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalty, cost of labour with all leads, lifts and delifts, cess, all taxes and all other incidental charges required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar(1:4) with cement punning over inner surfaces of RCC walls and base finished smooth including closed chipping / chiseling to recieve the plaster if required watering, curing and scaffolding including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalty, cost of labour with all leads, lifts and delifts, cess, all taxes and all other incidental charges required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting two coats of weather coat over one coat of priming with approved quality of weather coat primer and paint to concrete walls after cleaning the surfaces finished smooth to receive the paint including cost of all materials, conveyance, cost of labour with all leads, lifts and delifts, cess, all taxes and all other incidental charges required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position C.I Tees of 100mm x 100mm including cost of all materials, conveyance, ccost of labour with all leads, lifts and delifts, cess, all taxes and all other incidental charges required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position Concrete Block masonry of size 300x200x150mm in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure using Concrete Block of 9" size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sqcm with dimensional tolerance + 8% including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, watering and curing etc. complete including cost of all materials, conveyance, cost of labour with all leads, lifts and delifts, cess, all taxes and all other incidental charges required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth including adjoining areas with the selected excavated earth including conveyance, cost of all labour, leads, lifts, delifts, T&P, cess, all taxes and all other incidental charges required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
