Supply of structural steel materials of different section and sizes (IS:2062), fabrication including machining and assembly of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam, side seal track , guide etc., Vertical gate consisting of skin plate , horizontal girder, end vertical girder ,stiffners, seal flats, Lifting Bracket, Pad base, guide etc., hoisting arrangements consisting of hoist bridge, supporting beams, Worm type Screw gearbox assembly, base plate ,stem, Railing arrangement, Anchor bolts with all accessories etc. of total weight about 6.89 MT approx for 04 Nos. of Vertical gate of size (2370mm X 850mm) of KUNDHEI DISTRIBUTARY under Superintending Engineer, Prachi Division, Bhubaneswar complete in all respects with all leads and lifts for smooth operation of Gates as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of following bought out materials for 04 Nos. of Vertical gates - Bolts, screw, nuts, washers etc- 160 Kg, Bronze Pad- 16 Nos., Lifting pin- dia 50mm & length 150mm, Bottom Rubber Seal(10mm thick)¬ 10.6 mtr, ⌀32 Side Seal(P-Type)-7.6 mtr,Anchor Bar- 64 Nos., 80mm screw rod -11.2 m,Worm and Worm Gear set R4/39/8/8.5- 200mm of IS:3734 incL of Cast steel worm gear 55C8 Worm and Shaft Phosphorus bronze nut suitably square threaded all incl. cost of material and machining etc. in complete shape with bronze bush, hub assembly - 04 Set, thrust ball bearing SKF51220 or equivalent-08 nos.. Grease and gear oil- 12kg, stainless steel flat of different section and sizes (04 Cr 19 Ni of IS :1570)-170.52kg, operating handle- 08 Nos., etc. complete in all respects with all leads and lifts for smooth operation of Gates as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Erection, positioning, alligning,fixing,trial,commissioning, testing etc. of embedded parts consisting of sill beam, side seal track, guide etc, Vertical gate consisting of skin plate , horizontal girder, end vertical girder , stiffners, seal flats, Lifting Bracket, Pad base, bronze pad etc, hoisting arrangements consisting of hoist bridge, supporting beams, worm type gearbox assembly, base plate stem,Railing arrangement , Anchor bolts with all accessories etc etc. of total weight about 6.91MT approx for 04 Nos. of Vertical gates as per specification with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
