Provide Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):- Provide Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):- Five year Annual Maintenance for all type of repair works including cost of spares & replacement if necessary. At least four service calls will be scheduled before and after monsoon and in mid of season for routine maintenance. Up-gradation of the system & software as and when necessary. AMC will not be compensated in case of natural calamities, damaged or stolen by miscreants. All terms and conditions including execution and payments are bound to “Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) on both parties. AMC start after one year warranty period of the instruments and after completion of five years it will be auto renewed for another five years and the basic charges of AMC will be finalized as per the prevailing market rate at the time. Regarding the payment towards AMC, the bill will be submitted quarterly every year. All item of the works under AMC will be executed as per the direction by Engineer-in-charge.
