Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil including dressing and levelling the bed to required section, breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with all leads, lifts and delifts including all labour charges, T&P, supervision charges and all taxes, cess, excluding GST etc all complete complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand of approved quality & free from organic materials including watering and ramming to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty, cess, additional charges, DMF, EMF, cost and of taxes of all materials excluding GST but including quality control test with all leads, lifts and delifts including all labour, T&P etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete work of design mix of M15 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 15N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with mixing concrete in concrete mixer, conveying the same by transit mixers and placing in position for structures etc. with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges, additional charges, DMF, EMF including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete work of design mix of M20 grade using 20 mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregates,having specified characteristic compressive strength of 20N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry and using the minimum quantity of cement about 3.47 Qntl per cum (as per nominal mix)of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required in complete as per approved drawing , specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing formwork for concrete with F1 finish for upstream face of c.c.wall, guard wall & structures etc, exposed & unexposed surface of foundation, block joints etc with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete with all labour, materials, supervision charges, conveyance and T&P, cess & taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting, straightening, placing uncoated M.S. or HYSD bars of SAIL make confirming to grade fe-250 or fe-415 of tested and approved quality, cutting, bending, lapping, sitting, welding etc and confirming I.S. Specification and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position in ties chairs and spaces as required for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads and lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost and conveyance of M.S. or tor-steel bars and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauges etc complete (Weight of binding wire has not been considered for payment - standard co-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered and welding and lapping shall confirming to relevant clauses of I.S. code) including cost of all labours, cess, T&P and supervision charges,and all taxes etc complete as per design, drawing and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing, Laying and fixing in position of 1200mm R.C.C. hume pipes NP3 class conforming to ISI standard with collar joints filled in cement mortar (1:3) with necessary twisted and coal tarred hempyarn including caulking and finishing the same, as per approved drawing including all cost, conveyance ,royalty, cess and all other taxes of all materials required for the work excluding cost & conveyance of spun pipe including all labour charges for loading, unloading, curing and laying in position, T&P with all leads, lifts and delifts of all materials dewatering if any including making the coffer dam if required as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
