Cement concrete M15 with 20mm size down graded hard granite chips of approved quality free from skin and weathered surface and foreign materials, mixed in concrete mixre including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of labour, materials & machineries to the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts upto any height by any hoisting device for hoisting and placement in position to proper grade and profile including vibrating by mechanical means for proper consolidation and curing for 21 days with dewatering and cleaning old surfaceas per specification before laying fresh concrete etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge including mobilisation & demobilisation of men, materials and machineries etc. and providing illumination, if required, including clearance of slush and muck before handing over etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Straightening, Cutting, Bending, Binding & Tying the HYSD steel reinforcement of different size as per Design, Tying the Grills and placing in position in all Heights for fabrication and framing reinforcements with Laps and Hooks, Ties and Chairs and Track Welding where ever necessary with all leads and delifts including cost of Steel, Conveyance, Taxes of all Materials including Binding Wires 18 to 20 SWG, T & P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

6 mm thick Cement Plaster in Cement Mortar of (1:4) to Ceiling of Roof Slab, Stairs, Landings, Chajja, Shelves, Columns, Beams and Lofts etc. Including roughening, scraping and cleaning and finishing the plastered surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level, making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, convayance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundies, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
