The bidder should have successfully completed works in Govt/PSU sectors of similar type of work, valuing not less than 30% of the estimated cost in any one financial year during the last 5 years. For SI No. 1 and 2 of the above table, the construction firms/companies having Special Class or Super Class Contractors license should have completed at least one work involving construction, testing, and commissioning of a Reservoir (ESR/UGR) with a minimum capacity of 0.5 lakh liters in the last 5 financial years. For SI No. 3 of the above table, the construction firms/companies having Special Class or Super Class Contractors license should have completed at least one work involving construction, testing, and commissioning of an Elevated Service Reservoir (ESR) with a minimum capacity of 1 lakh liters and a minimum staging height of 20 meters in the last financial years. For SI No. 4 of the above table, the construction firms/companies having A Class Contractors license should have successfully completed works in Govt/PSU sectors of similar type of work, valuing not less than 30% of the estimated cost in any one financial year during the last 5 years. The bidder should have annual financial turnover of not less than 40% of the estimated cost in any one year in civil construction works during the last 5 years, and the turnover needs to be certified by a Chartered Accountant. Equivalent weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the value of the completed work in the preceding years.
