Earth Work : Supplying all labour and T & P and earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil in trenches for laying of RCC sewer pipes,construction of manhole chambers,sewer connection chambers,inspection chambers, house sewres & drop connection to manhole chambers etc. including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials within 50 meters initial lead including barricading, watch & ward, lighting and bailing out water of trenches ,if necessary etc.all complete as per the drawing ,specification and direction of the Engineer.

Pipe Bedding : Supplying all material, labour, T&P & filling granular material (well graded crushed rock or gravel of size not exceeding 25mm) in the trenches and compacting & levelling for Class-B bedding (granular bedding)and bailing out water ,if necessary including all taxes,duties and royality all complete as per approved drawing, specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.

Supplying & Laying of NP3 Pipe: Supplying pipes, rubber rings and all other material, labour, T&P & laying at sites RCC S/S non pressure pipes of class-NP3 including lowering the pipes into the trenches to required depth below GL, laying of pipes true to the alignment & gradient, making the joints with rubber gaskets including excavation of earth at joints below invert level of pipes, cost of all jointing materials,testing,commissioning and bailing out water, if necessary etc.(but excluding excavation and refilling trenches,shoring & shuttering) including all taxes and duties all complete as per specification,approved design & drawing and as per the direction of the Engineer.

Cast In Place Manhole Chamber : Supplying all material, labour, T&P and designing and constructing following circular type eccentric cone top RCC manhole chambers with RCPC/SFRC manhole cover and ring, bottom slab & shaft made of RCC M-25 to required depth with graded granite stone aggregate 12mm nominal size, foundation concrete below bottom slab 100mm thick in CC(1:3:6) using granite stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40mm size, inside plastering with 6mm thick in CM(1:3) finished smooth with neat cement punning benching & channelling with PCC (1:2:4) using graded granite stone aggregate 12mm nominal size, 20mm thick plastering over benching and channel surface with CM (1:3) including neat cement punning,connecting the incoming & out going sewers with the chamber,filling the annular space with non-shrink grout of CC(1:1:2), bailing out water, if necessary, barricading, lighting, watch & ward etc, including reinforcement,shuttering and centering (excluding shoring, shuttering to trench,earth work,removal of excavated earth,refilling with sand) testing & commissioning,including all taxes and duties all complete as per approved design & drawing, specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.

1500mm internal dia,2.3 m deep top portion eccentric cone with 560 mm internal dia. at top with heavy duty manhole cover 760mm dia.of required thickness with lifting arrangement.

Extra Depth of Cast in site Manhole: Supply all material, labour, T & P, etc. and construction of manhole shaft to regulate excess or less height of manholes for the following size all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.

Sewer Connection Chamber: Supplying all material, labour, T&P,design and construction of circular sewer connection chamber with brick work in CM (1:4) with KB bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm² for top portion up to a depth of 1.5m below GL and with RCC M25 beyond 1.5m depth including bottom slab M25 and with RCPC/SFRC manhole cover and ring, foundation concrete (mud mat) below the bottom slab with CC (1:3:6) using hard granite stone not exceeding 40mm in size, plastering over brick work with CM(1:3) out side surface 16mm and inside surface 12mm thick, the inside surface finished with one coat of neat cement punning benching & channelling the bed with CC(1:2:4) and surface finished with 20mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) rendering smooth with neat cement punning,connecting both incoming and out going sewers with the chamber, sealing the annular space at joints with non-shrink grout of CC (1:1:2),barricading,lighting,watch & ward and bailing out water, if necessary from the trench etc (excluding excavation,refilling of trench,shoring & shuttering,removal of excavated earth )testing the chamber for water tightness & commissioning, including all taxes and duties all complete as per approved design,drawing & specification and as per the direction of the the Engineer.

Foot Step : Providing afety foot-rest and fixing in manhole chambers and sewer connection chambers of minimum 6mm thick PVC encapsulated as per IS: 10910 on 12mm dia steel bar conforming to IS: 1786 having minimum cross-section as 23mm ×25mm and overall minimum length 263mm and width as 165mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length of 138mm as per standard drawing and suitable to withstand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufactureres permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with cement concrete of grade not less than M25 with graded granite stone aggretate 12mm nominal size,including all taxes and duties complete as per specification,design,drawing and direction of the Engineer.

Inspection Chamber : Supplying all material, labour, T&P and construction of Inspection Chamber with brick work ,100mm thick with PCC (1:3:6) using 40mm HBG metal in the bed, wall with brick masonary in KB brick having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm² in CM (1:4), cement plaster in CM (1:3) out side surface 16mm thick and inside surface 12mm thick rendered smooth with neat cement punning, top slab with RCC M25 of average thickness 125mm with provission of heavy duty RCPC/SFRC manhole cover , channeling and benching with Cement Concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm HBG chips,surface finished with 20mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) including neat cement punning , reinforcement,shuttering & centring as required for cover slab,barricading, lighting, watch & ward , testing & commissioning etc. including all taxes and duties all complete as per approved design, drawing & specification and direction of the Engineer.

House Sewer : Supplying pipes,rubber rings and all other materials, labour, T&P and laying at site RCC NP3 S/S house sewer pipes of 150mm diameter(from inspection chamber to sewer connection chamber) including lowering the pipes into the trench up to required depth, aligning & laying to approved level or slope, jointing with rubber rings, testing and commissioning of sewer line including bailing out water, if necessary, providing bedding of granular material of 100 mm thick below the pipe, connecting the pipe with inspection chamber and sewer connection chamber and sealing the annular space with non-shrink grout of CC(1:1:2), barricading, lighting, watch & ward etc. including all taxes and duties all complete as per approved design, drawing & specification and as per the direction of the Engineer(excluding earth work excavation,sand filling & disposal of surplus earth).

110 mm PVC pipe of 6kg/cmsqr

Sand filling: Supplying all labour,T&P and refilling the trenches of pipe line, manhole chambers,sewer connection chambers ,inspection chambers, house sewers etc. with sand including all taxes & duties up to required depth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering & ramming all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.

Disposal of surplus material : Supplying all labour and T & P and transporting the surplus excavated materials by mecanical means and disposing the same at a predetermined disposal point within 5 km radius from the excavated site as per direction of the Engineer.

Dewatering : Providing all material, labour,diesel pump and all other T & P and using well point system wherever necessary and dewatering the water from trenches during excavation and construction work as per the direction of the Engineer.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Coarse graded Granular sub-base Grading-IV material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(5th. Revision) .

Providing laying and compacting graded stone agregate to wet mix macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base and base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Mechanical means .( Output = 3500 Sqm)

Provideing and laying Bituminous Macadam of 50mm thich on prepared surface and laying with paver finisher to the required level rolling with paver finisher etc. complete .

Providing and laying S.D.B.C of 25mm thick on prepared surface and laying with paver finisher to the required level rolling with paver finisher etc complete.
