OFC: Supply and Laying of 12core unarmoured Optical fibre cable (OFC :fiber glass with F-G 62.5/125micron, 2.6DB/KM F600) to various sites through HDPE pipe, prelaying testing of each cable drum for each fibre and taking the OTDR traces, submission of OTDR traces (in hard as well as soft copy) to Engineer-in-charge/ Site Engineer, blowing of OFC through previously laid HDPE, jointing / splicing of OFC, post installation testing of OFC for each fibre for each drum laid & taking OTDR traces, submission of OTDR traces (in hard as well as soft copy) to Engineer-in-charge/ SiteEngineer as per the scope, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Site Engineer.

HDPE PIPE: Supply and Laying of 25MM dia HDPE pipe (Make: Supreme/equvalent) in cable trench as per specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.

Integration of instrument like flow meter,control valve,level transducer & pressure transducer etc.

Data transmission to NIC/WATCO server at Unnati bhawan by fibre optic with web view for the required users & officals for real time monitering.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Cable tray GI with metal bracket of required size as per QAP/GA drawing.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Chemical Earthing for flowmeters & electronic pannel including supply of all materials T&P and Labour etc. All completed as per electrical specification and as per direction of EIC.

Construction of Fly ash brick masonry Boundary wall of height 1.50M above GL framed columns & tie beam (2.5 span spacing) with fixing of MS fabricated gate, around the ESR premises area etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Supplying, fitting and fixing of 60mm thick interlock concrete colour paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand. including cutting corbelling, splays where ever necessary to proper size with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer in charge.

M.S pipe with epoxy coating 150/200 mm dia 7.1 mm thick pipe 20 mtr with required manifold , flange,bend,cutting & welding etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
