Exhaust sysyem

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of exhaust pipe of 5 mm thick MS pipe with all fixing accessories and hardwares. The exhaust pipes shall be insulated with 50 mm thick mineral wool insulation wrapped in chicken mesh and clad with 24 gauge aluminium sheet including all support as required. (Considering DG to Support Structure distane 5 mtrs.)

DG Foundation shed

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for earth work excavation in foundation and trenches in all kind of soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift dressing leveling, compacting the excavated bed, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm sorting of excavated materials into serviceable & unserviceable, laying servicble and unservicable material in layers in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Rate includes cost of labour, overhead, T&M etc.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for earth work excavation in foundation and trenches in all kind of soil within 50m. Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Earth work excavation in foundation and trenches in Cum slushy soil (A soil having the characteristics of liquid and mud with negligible bearing capacity which can be removed with aid of pans and vessels only) in water upto 0.6m depth within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including dressing, levelling of excavated bed etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineering in charge.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Earth work excavation in foundation and trenches in Cum slushy soil (A soil having the characteristics of liquid and mud with negligible bearing capacity which can be removed with aid of pans and vessels only) in water upto 0.6m depth within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including dressing, levelling of excavated bed etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineering in charge. (1.5 m to 3.0 m depth)

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Filling in foundatin and plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost of sand & labour

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for shoring and shuttering of foundation trenches, pits etc with close wooden planks or sheets shuttering etc all complete as per direction and specification of Engineer-in-charge. Excluding cost of planks and sheets (Labour only)

Design, contruction, testing and commissioning of RCC PANNEL ROOM consist of RCC framed structure of required size including supply of all labours, materials, tools and plants for all works such as soil investigation, excavation, filling and disposal of earth, RCC and PCC of required grade placing of reinforcement, shuttering, brickwork, painting, waterproofing, connection pipes upto 10m. beyond tank structure, valves fitting, expansion joint, expansion below, mechanical level indicator etc. all complete as per direction and specification of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying all labour, material, tools & plants for providing and fixing CENTERING AND SHUTTERING including strutting, bracing, propping etc. keeping the same inpostion during concreting and removal of the same after specified period, keeping necessary provision for inserts, projecting dowels, anchorbolts or any other fixture etc all complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following works.

R.C.C. Foundation, plinth Band, Footings, Bases of Columns, Mass Concrete & Precast Slabs etc. upto 1.5 below ground level

Supplying all labour, material, tools & plants for providing and laying BRICK MASONARY WITH FLY ASH BRICK of 25cmX12cmX8cm size having crushing strength 75kg/sqcm conforming to IS: 12894 with dimensional tolerance +2% in one or more brick thickness and in any shape (excluding circular/curved brick masonry) at foundation and plinth (from ground level upto 1.6m below ground level) including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding/ staging, sampling & testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, curing, etc. all complete. as per specifications and direction of engineer-in charge. Brick work to be done using following content of cement mortar: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand)

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for filling in foundation trench and plinth with usable excavated materials including watering, ramming, compacting etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Transportation of excavated material & disposing up to 5KM from work site including loading. unloading & stacking. All labours, tools & plants etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour, material, tools & plants for Supplying transporting, storing, fabricating & erecting in position and testing/examining bolted and / welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS of Grade E250AJE250B (confirming to per lS:2062)at all location sand levels UPTO & INCLUSIVE OF 20m ABOVE HPP/FGL including all built up sections/compound sections made out froled sections and plates/bent plate sinalty pesofstructural frame works. Cutting to required size, straight ening/bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning. Preheating, bolting welding of joints,(including sealing the joint box sections with continuous welding and plugging any open ends & holes of box sections),finishing by grinding, fixing in line and level with temporary staging & bracing and removal of the same after erection, grouting with Ordinary Grout or premix free flow Non shrink Grout as specified, including preparation and submission of detail fabrication drawings, preparing the surface for painting and applying pre erection/shop primer as per specification direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 40mmx6mm M.S flat wind tiles over sheeting with anticorrosive polymer coated GI nuts, bolts, polymer cap, seal and thrust washers of approved make including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make over a coat of approved quality red oxide zinc chromate primer etc all complete.

Providing and laying in position approved quality profiled. precoated, steel sheets (for roofing cladding etc.) made from cold rolled high tensile Zincalume/Galvalume Steel of 550 MPA yield stress conforming to IS:513, IS:15961 and ASTM AS: 1397; the substrate shall be hot dip metallic coating of aluminium- zinc alloy (150 grams per sq. mtr. Total on both sides, coating class AZ150): the bottom unexposed surface shall be provided with alkyd backer of minimum 5 microns over a 5 micron coat of primer, top exposed surface shall have SDP (Super Polyester) paint system MINIMUM 20 microns in approved shade applied over 5 microns primer, overall coated thickness of sheets not less than 0.52 mm having base metal thickness of minimum 0.45mm (negative tolerance not acceptable), profile depth not less than 28mm and pitch of 195 to 255mm; including cutting, mitering, laps, providing cutouts for fixing accessories, necessary fastners (approved quality anti corrosive polyester polymer coated, rivets, nuts, bolts, self drilling screws/fasteners with integral washers and EPDM seals, and nylon colour caps and natural cure type joint sealants etc.) All complete as per approved manufacturer's specifications. Note: The steel sheet shall have brand marking of coated steel manufacturer (product details, date, mfg name, etc.) on back side at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material.

Providing and laying in position roofing and cladding accessaries like ridge, corner, piece, north light curve piece, apron piece, gutter, flashing etc fabricated out of 0.5mm precoated zincalume/Galvalume Steel sheets of same material/quantity etc as that of sheeting bent and profiled to match with the roofing and cladding, including all cutting fabrication, rivertting, fastner etc all complete.
