Supplying and applying three coats of cement based paint (Supercem, Durocem or equivalent) of approved make and shades over one coat of approved primer as per manufacturer's specifications, to exposed surfaces including thorough cleaning of of surface and fill up minor cracks of surface with cement sand mortar (1:3) at all heights above finished ground level, all as per drawings, and/or manufacturer's specification and direction of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect.

Supplying & Fixing Glow board for branding with proper illumination arrangement and printing complete with fixing and electrical fittings including wiring for the board etc. as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

CIVIL/STRUCTURAL/ELECTRICAL WORK

Providing and fixing shuttering (formwork) in position at all heights below & above finished ground level up to 3 5MTR. with necessary centrings, bracings, propping's etc. and striking, removing and clearing the same after the specified periods for all types of shuttering for all plain and reinforced cement concrete works including all chamfer splays, fillets, keys, wedges, props, nails, bracings brackets, cutting holes for passing embedment's etc. and applying waste oil on shuttering surfaces in contact with concrete all as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer.

Supplying and fixing glass partition with painted & polished wooden jambs (50X75 mm) around glass partition in seasoned second class TEAK wood as approved fixed with 12mm thick of approved make clear float glass of approved make duly toughened including all necessary hardwares & fittings of approved make (Godrej Doorma etc). Cost includes all transportation. labour and complete in all respects as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Providing, supplying and fixing of water supply & P.H sanitary items to the MILK ATM as per requirement of site(Complete provision of water supply & uses.Cost includes all transportation, labour and complete in all respects as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying & providing 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar 1.6 including all T&P, labour, curing ete, all complete.

Providing and laying in position vitrified tiles of min size 600 x 600 mm of approved shade and make, over a base of 3-4" thick 1:3 Cement Plaster (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand), including laying tiles to approved pattern, applying Latierete epoxy grout, providing spacers 3mm wide, cleaning, curing ete, complete at all levels: i/e mitering edges and providing PVC edge trims at corner edges Please note that no separate payment for wall plastering shall be made for areas where ceramic tile dado has been specified, since this rate is inclusive of the plaster base as mentioned above. Skirting fixed flush to the wall. Rate to include chasing, fixing, and making good the wall and plaster as also making 6x6 groove in plaster.

Supplying, Filling & spreading of approved quality sand with watering and ramming for proper compaction including cost of all materials, T&P, labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick Single leaf toughened frameless glass door openable with heavy duty (Doorma/Godrej or equivalent) with floor spring including all necessary hardware SS hinges etc. lock(Godrej).SS handle with duplicate set of keys including labour, material, equipment, transport, scaffolding etc. all complete, as per the Engineer in Charge. Painted & polished wooden door jambs (50X 75 mm) to be provided.

Supplying and fixing frame less glass door with painted & polished wooden door jambs (50X75 mm) around glass door in seasoned second class TEAK wood as approved fixed with 12mm thick of approved make clear float glass of approved make duly toughened including floor spring, patch fittings, SS top pivot, door handle, concealed door lock, all necessary hardwares of approved make etc. Cost includes all transportation, labour and complete in all respects as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying. fitting and fixing false ceiling with Gypsum board of approved quality providing cut out for light fitting, AC grills, all as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer (cost of M.S.or Aluminium hangers is included in the rate of this item).

Aluminium Partition Providing and fixing Powder coated Aluminium work (Minimum thickness of Powder coating 50 Micron) for Doors and Partitions walls with extruded built up standard tubular sections appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make fixed with plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt, ete. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and joirited mechanically wherever required including eleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction of engineer-in-charge with powder coated aluminum section (sectional weight of the Aluminium section should not be less than 4 Kg. for the sectional length of 15") with 12 mm thick both side pre laminated particle board in panelling of partition walls required height complete in all respect with locking arrangement and hardware fittings as per the direction of Engineer -in charge.

Supplying, laying & compacting cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 20/25 mm & down graded hard black granite aggregates & mixing with Dr. Fixit LW+ waterproof admixture including required T&P curing, labour etc. complete in all respect, and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Letter writing with radium stickering in white letters over blue background over painted steel surface complete in all respects as approved by Engineer-in-Charge
