Providing, supplying, fabricating hoisting and fixing in position M.S. structure fabricated with M.S. channels, angle, flat, joist structure/Truss protection channels of reception dock, Runner & Purloin for laying Asbestos sheet provision etc. as per architectural drawing and design including cutting, electrical arc welding, grinding to smooth surface at all level for GI sheet roofing, drilling holes, welding tie with required GI ‘L’ hooks, nuts, washers & tar washers etc. and grouting with P.C.C. (1:1 ½:3 or M-20) as per design including 2 coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of make Asian or equivalent all complete. including cost of all materials, transportation, loading, unloading, labour, tools & paints, taxes, duties, levies, lift, octroi, royalties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, customized and fixing Acryalic Logo of letter size 1.5 x 1 ft Size Material . including cost of all materials, transportation, loading, unloading, labour, tools & paints, taxes, duties, levies, lift, octroi, royalties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Front glass facade with glass door : Design, supply of frameless glazed façade as per IS 875 part 3 and AS1288 2006 CODAL requirements, suspended from the top of the opening incorporating toughened glass panels as per approved drawings, and toughened / laminated glass fins as stabilizers, used at each vertical joint to provide lateral stiffness against wind loading.Deflections and other specified loads expected including frame work wherever necessary and hardware all other accessories in the glazing with all extrusions, fittings, suspension brackets, spider fittings of DORMA / AUSTAVISION / SADEV / STANLEY make with 4, 2 points spiders & stainless steel bolts as per design. The spider fin fitting shall have a stream line design with twirl arm for high strength performance and better aesthetics. the S.S. bolts for facade glass shall be of SS 316 with all necessary accessories. The spiders shall be manufactured by investment casting process of grade SS 316 as per EN norms. All screws, all weather elements such as flashing, coping, approved silicone sealants, etc to make the system completely waterproof. All spider fittings should be designed to support the weight of the glass by direct bearing on the bolts wherein the structure should be designed as per the relevant codes and should be able to withstand the relevant thermal movements. Design calculations for the facade to be furnished for approval by client / consultant. Double leaf glass door with patch fittings such as PT 40, 10, US 10, PT 24, pull handle 1200 x 38 and BTS 75V floor spring conforming to DIN EN 1154 in long-time test/500,000 operating cycles). The above work complete in all respect as per approved drawings, the glazing shall be having glasses in 10 columns & in 04 rows. There will be two opening each 2.25 Mtr wide, the work should be complete in all respect and to the satisfaction of engineer-incharge / architect consultant.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of openable UPVC doors with door frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Internal Electrification Work

A Light Point wiring with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated Copper conductor 650V grade wires in 25 mm dia 16 SWG surface/concealed conduit system including providing and fixing one no. 6 Amp. Single pole piano key switch in M.S. box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover complete with 2.5 sq.mm. Circuit for one light pint controlled by one switch.

32 Amp. Power point with 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated Copper conductor 650V grade wires and 1.5 sq.mm. Green PVC insulated copper earth wire in 25 mm dia 16 SWG surface/concealed conduit system including providing and fixing on no. 16Amp. 3 pin /universal 6 pin, 250V socket out let and 16 Amp. 250 V piano key type switch in MS box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover one point on one circuit.

16 Amp. Power point with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated Copper conductor 650V grade wires and 1.5 sq.mm. Green PVC insulated copper earth wire in 25 mm dia 16 SWG surface/concealed conduit system including providing and fixing on no. 16Amp. 3 pin /universal 6 pin, 250V socket out let and 16 Amp. 250 V piano key type switch in MS box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover one point on one circuit.

Ceiling fan point wiring with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated Copper conductor 650V grade wires in 25 mm dia, 16 SWG surface/concealed conduit system including providing and fixing one no. 6 Amp. Single pole piano key type switch in MS box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover with space in MS box for fan regulator (Electronics type) and MS box for fan suspension complete in all respect.

6 Amp power point wiring with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated Copper conductor 650V grade wires and 1.0 sq.mm. Green PVC insulated copper earth wire in 25 mm dia 16 SWG surface/ concealed conduit system including providing and fixing one no. 6 A. 250 V piano key type switch, lighting switch board itself.

Circuit wiring with PVC insulated 650V grade, Copper conductor wire for power and green PVC insulated copper conductor for earthing in 16 SWG surface/concealed conduit system, complete with MS draw out boxes and cover, wires and conduit sizes as given below: but for 2 x 2.5 sq.mm. for power and 1x1.0sq.mm. for earthing in 25mm dia conduit (from BDB to individual switch board)

Earthing :- Chemical Earthing using Electrode of size 80 mm dia, 03 meter long connected with 50X6 mm Copper internal strip complete with excavation, civil works, cast iron cover with back fill compound. The voltage between Neutral & Earth not to exceed 0 volts & IR value less than 1 ohm. The earth resistance shall be as per IS 3043

Distribution Systme:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of company made distribution board of approved make and making good to all damages caused and inter connection with 2.5 sq.mm. Copper wire and complete with all respect fixing in the wall. Light distribution board (8 way SPN PDB) but for Incoming: 63A DP MCB : 01 Nos. Outgoing: 25A SP MCB : 06nos
