The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in the Dairy/Dairy Cooperative/Agri/Food & Beverage/Distilleries/Manufacturing industry during the last 5 years. The bidder should have successfully executed similar work, with the following options: - Three similar completed Services of value not less than INR 03 Crore each - Two similar completed Services of value not less than INR 06 Crore each - Single similar completed Service of value not less than INR 10 Crore The bidder should also have experience in conceptualizing, designing, developing, implementing, or upgrading large-scale solutions or application processes for supply chain management, production or operation management, procure to pay process, source to pay process, distributor management, logistics management, or customer relationship management. Additionally, the bidder should have: - Up to 12 years of experience in the Dairy sector, which is assigned 1 mark. - More than 12 years of experience in the Dairy sector, which is assigned 2 marks. - For the Functional Consultant, up to 7 years of relevant experience is assigned 1 mark, and more than 7 years of relevant experience is assigned 2 marks. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should submit self-attested copies of relevant contracts, completion certificates, or Go-Live certificates from their clients or employers, which should clearly indicate the value and the completed portion of the work. The value of the contracts or work orders to be considered shall be exclusive of all taxes and duties. The bidder should also have additional projects of value not less than 05 Crore, applicable for the preceding five financial years, excluding the financial year of floating of the tender.
