Providing 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) to ceilings of roof slabs, stairs, landings, chajja, shelves, columns, beams and lofts etc. including, scraping, cleaning and finishing the plastered surface with punning plaster smooth by using wooden floats only to proper plumbs as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing , sundries, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Preparing surface and painting with weather coat paint of approved make, shade and quality in all heights of walls, ceiling, sun sheds fins etc. incl. providing scaffolding, cleaning, curing and supply of all materials and labour complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of powder coated M.S. window grill made out of M.S. square bar / M.S. flats / M.S. angles as per approved drawing and design, cutting to required size and welding properly, finished smooth and sand papering, including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, required screws, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge in all floors.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamale paint of approved quality and approved shade conforming to ISI on steel/wood work at give an even shade over acoat of primer of approved quality and shade including sand papering and making the surface smooth in all floorsat all heights including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of all materials, labour, sundries, T & P scaffolding required for the work and complete in all respect as per specifications and directions of Enginer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of pre cast interlocking cement concrete paver block of 80mm thick, grading strength of any indivisual should not less than 30 nos /sqm as per drawing including cost of all materials with transportation, taxes, loading and unloading etc. and all labour, sundries, T & P scafoolding etc,. complete
