Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) , mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour ,material, conveyance,royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc.complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

ANTITERMITE TREATMENT :-Supplying, diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like CHLORPYRIPHOS or other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. complete at the rate of 7.5 liters (or as directed by the manufacturer) per sqm on vertical and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center etc.complete as per IS:6313/1981(Part-II) and as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge including all cost of materials, labour, taxes, etc all complete.

Fly Ash Brick Masonary (1:6) :-Providing Flyash bricks(250mmx120mmx80mm size) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/Sqcm in cement mortar (1:6), immersing the bricks in water before use,splays cutting, circular moulding , corbelling etc.including cost of conveyance ,taxes & royalties,loading and unloading of all materials & cost of all labours , scaffolding ,watering & curing ,sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .In Foundation and Plinth

M20 :-Providing in position machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M25 grade for reinforced cement concrete work including laying of concrete using 12 mm - 20 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement but including admixture in recommended proportions to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer- In - Charge. including cost all materials, conveyance , royalties and taxes, loading and unloading cost of all labour,sundries, T&P etc.complete. REINFORCEMENT :-Providing and fixing in position TMT / Fe-500 reinforcement bars for RCC work of required diameter of approved quality including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding and joining (if necessary) and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. work and providing hoisting, lowering and laying including cost, conveyance and taxes of steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all heights as per the specification & direction of Engineer -in-charge. (Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement.)

12 mm Plastering :-Providing 12mm thick cement plaster to the surface of wall with cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-chargeGround floor

6 mm Plastering to ceiling :-Providing 6mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of (1:4) to ceilings of roof slabs, stairs, landings, chajja, shelves, columns, beams and lofts etc. including roughening, scraping and cleaning and finishing the plastered surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level, making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing , sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

20mm thick grading plaster in C M (1:4) over Roof slab including watering curing with all cost & convayance and royality etc complete.

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using approved quality cement , 20 mm.down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips and screened, washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry, including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, cess, sundries, T&P & all other machineries required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump etc.complete in all respect as per latest specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Neat Cement punning for flooring :-Providing neat cement punning with approved quality cement finished smooth to the surface etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cess, and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of M.S shutter with frame with hood cover ,bearing fixing in position including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials labour T & P etc.required for the complete in all respect. etc.

Painting 2 coats with cement paint to walls over one coat of cement wash of approved shade on new work to given shade including cost of paint as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Up to 3 mt height.(Ground floor).

Synthetic Enamel Paint to steel work :-Painting synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with two or more coats on new work over a coat of suitable shade with primer of approved brand and manufacturer's instructions including cost of all materials with taxes and transportation, all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc. All complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Weather Coat :-Painting two coats with Water soluble weather coat paints of approved shade of approved make or equivalent over out side brick wall over a coat of primer, by means of brush to outside surface of new walls after scraping, cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour, watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.Ground floor upto 3mtr ht

Supplying inserting bituminous expansion joint board of 12mm thick of depth 0.075m including all cost and cleaning all materials etc complete.

Supplying Fitting, Fixing of Vertified floor tile ……. Etc Complete
