Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in Foundation & Plinth with fly ash bricks 25cm x12 cm x8 cm tolerance of ± 2% size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with cement mortar 1 cement: 6 sands with all necessary projection, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading ,and unloadining, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in Super Structure with fly ash bricks 25cm x12 cm x8 cm tolerance of ± 2% size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with cement mortar 1 cement: 6 sands with all necessary projection, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading ,and unloadining, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-20 grade in Column base, Column Footings, Raft Foundation,Stem of the Columns, beams, chaujja, fin, lintel, stair case, jali , shelves and slab etc as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 20N. / Square mm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days including, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing the debrises away from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cutting,Straightening coiled or bent up M.S plain HYSD/TMT reinforcement bars welding or jointing if necessary bending,binding,tying the grills as required for R.C.C works,providing fan hooks where necessary and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance,loading, unloading & taxes of M.S plain/HYSD/TMT reinforcement bars and binding wires of 18 to 20 gaugo required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S plain/HYSD/TMT reinforcement bars consumed in the work only. 25 mm thick A.S. Flooring with c.c.(1:2:4)including punning using 12 mm.size crusher broken granites chips all cost conveyance etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 20mm thick grading plaster in cement mortar(1:4) with water proof cement compound with curing etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6 mm. thick cement plaster in all RCC floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:4) with RCC surface finish smooth including closed deep chiping & slury treatment, cement and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonry wall after racking out joints (along with providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing rounding of corner etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost all labour, I & P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 12 mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with cement and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonry wall after racking out joints (along with providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing rounding of corner etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost all labour, T & P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 16 mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with cement and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonry wall after racking out joints (along with providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing rounding of corner etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost all labour, T & P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with primer one coat of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Sample of Paint shall be approved before procurement and use. (A) GROUND FLOOR

Distempering two coats to walls with primer one coat of approved shade (weather coat) on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Sample of Paint & Primer shall be approved before procurement and use. (A) GROUND FLOOR

(B) 1ST FLOOR

Painting two coats with approved synthetic enamel paints of Asian / Berger/Dulox make and of approved colour, shade to new Iron & wood work over a coat of red-oxide primer of Asian / Berger make including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Sample of Paint & Primer shall be approved before procurement and use.

Manufacturing supplying and labour charges for fitting and fixing in position of M.S. grills, MS Rolling shutter made out of M.S angle and square bar as per approved design with one coat of anti-corrosive painting & making good to the damages of walls or R.C.C. or other structurals complete including mending or cutting sizes or grooves with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work, taxes and royalties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cost, supplying, fitting & fixing of pre-cast concrete ventilators of size 0.38 m x0.25 m. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of precoated Galvanized iron profile sheet semi gloss of 1000mm width and total coated thickness 0.45mm in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys, wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys,wind ties etc. complete including cost of sheet and all fitting,all taxes labour,T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating, fitting, fixing & erection of M.S Anglur/Tubular truss and purlins including all cost convenyance etc.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm, 16 mm.to 25 mm thick of approved make with application of polymere modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials,takes labour T &P etc required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A) GROUND FLOOR

Fixing ceramic tiles in floors ,treads on steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :1 (1 cement :1 sand ) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of ceramic tiles etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Bathroom Fibre Door of approved make including fibre choukatha all G.I. fittings and all cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Inserting bituminous expansion joints Board 12 mm. thick of depth 0.075 m. including cleaning etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cost, conveyance and labour for spreading stone screened dust and consolidated with PRR including watering, cost, conveyance of stone screen dust, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and removing of old cement plaster from walls including racking ou joints 12mm deep & removing the debris within 50mt lead etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing of cover shed etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
