A motor will be coupled to the water pump, so that the flow of fluid with in the System can be demonstrated

Exhaust System , The Exhaust system Demonstration Board will have Exhaust manifold, Turbocharger, Catalytic convertor SCR , Complete silencer unit with Pipes and tail pipe all suitably sectioned to show the internal Constructional details, different colour painting will be done to Highlight different parts, The assembly will be mounted on to metal frame with Colour full Circuit diagram and internal details of an Exhaust system printed on a Board with Parts naming.

Mini commercial Vehicle Chassis structure , Mini Commercial Vehicle Chassis Structure of TATA ACE Ashok Leyland Dhost Mahindra Pick up Etc, will be paint finished mounted Stand with caster wheels. The parts details and the Structure explanation will be printed on to colour full Board and supplied along with the Chassis Structure

The painting will be carried out in such a way that different colors will be use for different components such as identification of sectioned area etc according to the colors code for easy identification of different systems and mechanisms. Disc 7 Drum brake systems on stand working model , MODEL OF HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM WITH VACCUM BOOSTER WITH VACUUM PUMP. The model will be made out of Car brake aggregates which will be suitably sectioned, Left Front disc and Left rear drum will be made working, using necessary hydraulic connection from the Master cylinder, By operating the brake pedal connected to the Master cylinder through booster, the functioning of disc and drum brake can be demonstrated. The aggregates on the other side will be suitably sectioned to show the internal details and will be kept dummy. All the aggregates will paint finished The entire setup will be mounted on a sturdy iron frame.
