Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement 6sand) to inside surface/plumbed surface of masonry, racking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and levels including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 with cement plastering with punning where necessary to finish the RCC surface in all floors etc. including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing average 25mm thick grading Concrete with (1:2:2) using 6mm black hard granite chips using zycosil water proofing compound of approved quality over top of Roof, Terrace, including cost of scaffolding, scraping and cleaning the roof surface, plastering and finishing smooth to proper slope and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes and sundries, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water registant adhesive bed of required thickness of 100mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T & P etc required for the workincluding cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes and sundries, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing vitrified tile in wall dado on 12mm thick cement plaster in C.M. [1:3] with all cost etc,.complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and Fixing glazed tiles in floors, treads on steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement: 1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and Fixing glazed tiles in dado, skirting & riser of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing side hung MS grill door window & colapsible gate with frame with panel shutter made out of structural steel, plates and bars confirming to IS specfification as per drawing and design, fixed to walls and columns with grouted clapms with provision of handles locking arrangments etc. including 1 coat with approved quality metal primer and making good to the damages in walls and floors etc. including cost of material, labour, conveyance, loading and un loading , taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.
