Providing Fly Ash bricks masonry works using 1st class KB bricks having crussing strength not less than 75 KG per CM Square with CM 1:6 in F& P including cost of materials , labour , conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, scaffolding , watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 Grade having a crushing strength of in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing adn tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 in footing, Plinth Band, Lintels, Chajja, Shelf fins, Roof slabs, Balconies,Column, Beam Parapets, Window sills, Lofts, Railings etc. with 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumb and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including cost of scaffolding, watering and curing for the required period including cost of all materials with taxes, royalties transportation, loading and unloading, all labour, sundries, T&P including hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of materials and labour for reinforcement bars , centering and shuttering for the work. Supplying MS round tor steel reinforcement bars of required dia meters of approved quality including streghtning cuting to size bending & binding the reinforcement , lifting and placing in position as per design complete including cost of material, labour, conveyance, loading and un loading, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement 6 sand) to outside surface/plumed surface of masonry, raking out joints, scarpping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and levels including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement 6sand) to inside surface/plumbed surface of masonry, racking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and levels including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 with cement plastering with punning where necessary to finish the RCC surface in all floors etc. including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes and sundries, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement , 6 sand) on the rough surface of masonry wall sfor ground floor sub structure including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes and sundries, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing side hung MS grill door window & colapsible gate with frame with panel shutter made out of structural steel, plates and bars confirming to IS specfification as per drawing and design, fixed to walls and columns with grouted clapms with provision of handles locking arrangments etc. including 1 coat with approved quality metal primer and making good to the damages in walls and floors etc. including cost of material, labour, conveyance, loading and un loading , taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Labour charges for fitting, fixing of MS Grill , Door, Window & colapsible gate with frame etc. compl;ete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade over surfaces as specified below to give an even shade with 2 coats over 1 coat of primer of approved quality including cost of material, labour, conveyance, loading and un loading, taxes, roaylties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Painting two coats with distemper of approved shade over a coat of oil bounded primerto give an even surface including all cost ofmaterials, labour, scafolding, T & P etc. complete as pe the direction of E-I-C.

Providing and applying for Cement washing two coats including cost of material, labour, conveyance, loading and un loading , taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing & Painting with two coats to the entire outside surface with silicon based weather coat paint of any approved make to the outer surface after scraping and cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour, watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
