Construction of un-reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and construction only, plain concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from barrow pits with all lifts and leads,transporting to site by mechanical means with in a lead of 5kms spreading,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT & H Specification of road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Providing the road surface in the both sides of berm manually with approved quality of moorum including all labour charges for spreading, laying, levelling for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, finished item of works as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation of Hard soil in foundation within 50m. initial lead and 1.50m. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. laying layers not exceeding 0.30m. in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming including cost, conveyance and royality and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete in (1:3:6) using 40mm size Hard Granite hand Broken metal including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

RCC work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips incuding watering and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. (A) Slab

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bars reinforcement tying the grills, straighten placing them in position including cost of bindings wire 18 to 20mm gauge including cost of HYSD bar with conveyance and royalty etc. complete and as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for Mass concrete including dismantling them after csting including all cost, conveyance, taxes of materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. a) Mass concrete

Cement concreate in (1:2:4) using 12mm size Hard Granite Crusher Broken chips including watering and curing,cost,conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.
