3.0 HP as per IS 8034:2018 marked (Kirloskar / Globaljet/KSB/Crompton / Texmo / CRI make) having discharge 5.0 Lps & head 45 mtr,suitable for 200mm dia production well along with stand by i.e. two nos supplied but installation of one no. pump motor in the bore well with suitable control panel board (1 No). The starter( control panel board ) should have ISI marked and reputed make ( BCH / Havels / L&T ) made of suaitable metal box with proper locking system, contactor, volt meter, ampere meter, weather proof auto manual switch, shunt capacitor, phase indicator lamp, selector switch & light on-off switch, single phase preventer etc., ISI marked PVC insulated & sheathed heavy duty 6 mm2 three core flat cable with copper conductor 80 mtr long as per IS 694:2010 (Havells/BCH/Globaljet/Finolex) as required at site from sumersible motor to pump house. The exposed off flat cable from source to pump house should be encashed with 32mm HDPE pipes to be laid 0.6mtr below ground level.
Fitting, fixing and lowering of pump set by 63mm-90mm dia Rolled PE-80, PN-6 HDPE pipe of upto 55mtr long as required at the site, 6mm2 stainless steel rope, Galvanized suitable MS Clamp for rigid fixing of column pipe to the top of the production well with Galvanized 6mm thick 200mm dia well cap ,G I Nut & Bolt , connecting the column pipe to the rising main through 80mm/100 mm dia G I ( medium grade ) pipe with accessories for required length including fixing of sluice valve , Air valve , NR valve, 15 mm dia 10 kg / cm2 brass pressure gauge to be fixed in the pump house through 16mm dia SCH. 80 ASTM PVC pipe / G I pipe etc. complete with testing , trial running & commissioning as per direction of the Engineer - in Charge. RCC circular columns and circular dome using Cement Concret M-30 for the container & M-25 for other components with water proofing treatment to the interior surface of the water container by applying a coat of crystalline water proofing products like xypex or equivalent crystaline products before plastering/finishing ,Piping arrangements with supply of pipes, fittings (flanged CI pipe Class-A of 100mm dia & CI puddle collar) for in-let,out-let,over flow & wash out arrangement & length upto 5m beyond face of the structure with provision of ISI marked CI sluice valve/butter fly valve & it's RCC valve chambers. There should be R.C.C outer stair case with S.S. hand rail (both sides) and support railings at dome and landing level, stainless steel ladder inside and outside the ESR using SS tubular section of size 40mm-50mm (as horizontal & vertical members) respectively. Provision of lightening arrester using copper lightining spike rode 25mm * 3mm GI Flat, Standard earthing using 40mm dia 3mtr long GI earth pipe, digital water level indicator, 0.6 m dia CI manhole cover at dome, RCC vent with aluminium jally, painting of the structure with 2 coats of weather coat after 1 coat of primear as per the approved color and pattern of PR & DW Department etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge. N.B: The structural design should be made as per the local environmental condition(considering the design wind speed calculated based on the different risk co-efficient as Topography factor, Tarrain co-efficient, cyclonic region factor etc. as per relevant IS scores . Pile foundation or Raft type foundation should be proposed considering the soil bearring capacity (test report shall be witnessed by concerned field officer) and the design shall be vatted from approved state technical agency as recommended by the concerned Engineer - in - charge.

The contractor shall maintain the PWS project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion and official handing over date in a such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8hours / day without facing any problem.The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arising within 24 hr of receipt of complaint either from public or from the Department . The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN & technical specification mentioned in Section-5.
