Supplying all materials, labour, T&P, design, drawing etc. complete in all respect for construction of Pump House 'construction of Compound wall , construction of CC prottection wall, const. of RCC cover for IW/OW, RCC step, Walk way bridge, Barbed wire fencing , construction of approach road alongwith site development including laying, testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as DI / UPVC/ HDPE/ ASTM/ G.I pipe lines etc. along with required fittigs & specials, construction of valve chamber, public stand post,100% individual house hold connection , storage tank, installation of submersible pump with motor in Percolation well / Intake well / Production well & OGR etc. (including fitting of stand by pump motor), internal wiring of Pump houses etc. as per supplied Drawing in Section-7 and detail scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work mentioned in Section-5 of DTCN and in Annexures of the Following Villages Under PATNAGARH Block in Balangir District. All materials required shall be supplied by the Contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimensions are as per supplied drawings and as per direction of Engineer in Charge . CONST. OF ESR : Supplying of all labour, T&P, material for soil testing , supply of design, drawing , construction, errection, testing & commissioning etc. of the Following RCC Elevated Storage Reservoir of different capacity with necessary staging height of 15.00 Mtr consisting of RCC column Structure and spherical dome as per approved design , 3 nos ISI marked 80/100/150 mm dia CI sluice valve, 1no of 80/100/150 mm dia Non Return valve with RCC valve chambers as per approved drawing, supplying, fitting & fixing of 80/100/150 mm medium grade GI Flanged pipe (JINDAL, TATA ) confirming to IS 1239 (P-1) 2004, IS 1978 and IS 3598 of required length with required specials from UGR to ESR & ESR to distribution system including CI/GI in-let, out-let, over flow & washing line ( double flanged GI column pipe) of ESR, RCC stair case with 32 mm dia structural GI hand rail around dome and landing etc. and GI ladder inside and outside the ESR, lightening arrester confirming to IS specification, water level indicator, 80/100/150 mm dia CI puddle collar, 0.60 m dia CI manhole cover at dome , RCC vent with brass/SS jally etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge and as per detail scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work mentioned in Section-5 of DTCN. (The contractor shall execute the work after preparing the design and detail drawing in 5 sets from qualified engineer and to approve all structural design & drawing from State Technical Agency(STA) IGIT, Saranga/ CET, BBSR/ VSSUI, Burla/ NIT, Rourkela/ IIT, BBSR at his own cost). 1) Construction of 70000 Ltr. capacity RCC ESR Column Structure of 15.00 Mtr.
