5 Year Operation & Maintanance The contractor shall maintain the PWS Project to Kotagarh for 5(Five ) Years from the completion date in such a manner that all the households of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (Adequate) required quantity of supply of water taking supply hour as 8 Hrs/ day without facing any problem. The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defects arise within 24 hours of the receipt of complaint either from public or from department. The contactor shall maintain all structures of the PWS Schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN and technical specifications. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
