RPWS to Village TABERU: Design, drawing, construction, errection, testing & commissioning etc. of 20000 liter capacity RCC Elevated Storage Reservoir with spherical dome covering of 12 mtr staging height using RCC M25 grade by supplying all materials, labour, equipment T & P including testing of soil to ascertain the SBC & other parameters required for design etc., fitting & fixing of suitable medium grade GI pipe make confirming to IS specification of required length for in-let, out let, over flow, wash out, fitting & fixing of CI Puddle Collars on the wall of container, CI Man hole Covers - 2 Nos., Stainless Steel ladder with hand rails, MS Ladder with hand rails, Lightening Arrester, Water level Indicator etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RPWS to Village TABERU: The contractor shall operate & maintain the PWS Project for 5 (Five ) Years from the completion date in such a manner that all the Functional Household Tap Connection (FHTC) of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (Adequate) required quantity of supply of water taking supply hour as 8 Hrs/ day without facing any problem. The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defects arise within 24 hours of the receipt of complaint either from public or from department. The contactor shall maintain all structures of the PWS Schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN and technical specifications.

RPWS to Village KAMALAPADAR & JODAPUT: Supplying all materials, labour, T&P etc. and construction of RCC Roof building Pump House, Compound wall for Head work & ESR, site development, supply, laying, testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe lines such as HDPE, ASTM, D.I, G.I pipe lines etc. along with required fittings & specials with Functional House hold Tap Connection (FHTC), construction & fitting of RCC Sluice Valve/ NR Valve Chambers, Air Valve Chambers, public stand posts, Stand alone storage tank in Govt. Institutions, supply & installation of submersible Pump Motor with all necessary fitting & fixing etc. (including supply of stand by pump motor), internal wiring of Pump house etc. as per supplied drawings and detail scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work mentioned as per the Annexure of Village KAMALAPADAR & JODAPUT. All materials required shall be supplied by the Contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimensions are as per drawings and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All work shall be completed in such a manner that all the house hold of the entire PWS areas (Village/ Habitations) will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7m and residual chlorine of 0.2mg/ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS system.

RPWS to Village KAMALAPADAR & JODAPUT: Supplying all materials, labour, T&P etc. and installation, testing & commissioning of the treatment unit including all taxes, transportation etc. to provide residual chlorine 2ppm at the tail end as per detailed scope of work & technical specification mentioned in Section- 5 of DTCN all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

N.B: The amount put to tender is exclusive of 12% GST. The intending bidders should offer their rate which shall be exclusive of GST as per norms. GST applicable onwards contract shall be paid over the bill amount at the time of payment of each bill.
