The contractor shall operate & maintain the PWS Project for 5 (Five ) Years from the completion date in such a manner that all the households of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (Adequate) required quantity of supply of water taking supply hour as 8 Hrs/ day without facing any problem. The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defects arise within 24 hours of the receipt of complaint either from public or from department. The contactor shall maintain all structures of the PWS Schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN and technical specifications.

N.B: The amount put to tender is exclusive of 12% GST. The intending bidders should offer their rate which shall be exclusive of GST as per norms. GST applicable onwards contract shall be paid over the bill amount at the time of payment of each bill.
