Execution of following RPWS Schemes

Supplying all materials , labour , T&P , design , drawing , soil testing etc. completein all respectfor construction of RCC Roof building pump house and construction of compound wall for pump house and construction of approach road alongwith site Development including laying , testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as UPVC , HDPE , ASTM , GI pipe lines etc. along with required fittings & specials and construction of RCC Valve chambers(water proof), public stand posts , individual house hold connection , stand alone , storage tank , installation of Chlorination system , installation of asubmersible pump withmotor in deep Tube well etc. ( Including supply of stand by pump motor ) , internal wiring of pump house & installation of Servo Stabilizer , External Electrification etc. as per supplied Drawing in section - 7 and detail scope of work & Technical specification , Quantity of work mentioned in section - 5 and in ( Annexure - A to G ) of village KOTASAHI & ADJ. VILLAGES. All materials required shall be supplied by the contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimentions are as per supplied drawings and as per direction of Engineerr- in -charge. All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7.00 mtr and residual chlorine of 0.20 mg/ ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS System.

Supplying of all labour,T&P,material for soil testing, providing of engineering design & drawing construction,errection,testing & commissioning etc. of RCC elevated storage reservoir of 100000 Ltrs Capacity in Zone 1 and 70000 Ltrs Capacity with staging height of 15 mtr consisting of minimum 6 nos. RCC circular columns and circular dome using Cement Concret M-30 for the container & M-25 for other components with water proofing treatment to the interior surface of the water container by applying a coat of crystalline water proofing products like xypex or equivalent crystaline products before plastering/finishing ,Piping arrangements with supply of pipes, fittings (flanged CI pipe Class-A of 100mm dia & CI puddle collar) for in-let,out-let,over flow & wash out arrangement & length upto 5m beyond face of the structure with provision of ISI marked CI sluice valve/butter fly valve & it's RCC valve chambers. There should be R.C.C outer stair case with S.S. hand rail (both sides) and support railings at dome and landing level, stainless steel ladder inside and outside the ESR using SS tubular section of size 40mm-50mm (as horizontal & vertical members) respectively. Provision of lightening arrester using copper lightining spike rode 25mm * 3mm GI Flat, Standard earthing using 40mm dia 3mtr long GI earth pipe, digital water level indicator, 0.6 m dia CI manhole cover at dome, RCC vent with aluminium jally, painting of the structure with 2 coats of weather coat after 1 coat of primear as per the approved color and pattern of PR & DW Department etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge. N.B: The structural design should be made as per the local environmental condition(considering the design wind speed calculated based on the different risk co-efficient as Topography factor, Tarrain co-efficient, cyclonic region factor etc. as per relevant IS scores . Pile foundation or Raft type foundation should be proposed considering the soil bearring capacity (test report shall be witnessed by concerned field officer) and the design shall be vatted from approved state technical agency as recommended by the concerned Engineer - in - charge. (Raft foundation)
