Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for cutting, bending, binding and straightening the rods (reinforcement) for RCC work and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and cost, conveyance and taxes of HYSD steel (rod) of SAIL / TISCO brand of Fe-415 specifications etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour T&P, etc for sinking of well in all kinds of soil other than rock to lines levels and plumb by scooping out from in side & below the staining including cist of necessary tools & plants. Supply and working of pumps and bailing out of water or dredging removal of all materials and obstacles from inside the well by divers hire and labour for contiledge jetting if necessary and sinking to a depth of 10m taking pre precaution against shifting and tilting disposal of soil with all leads & lifts etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

7.0 m OD circular well up to 10.00 mtr depth

Providing and laying cutting edge of mild steel weighing 40 Kg. per mtr well foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Supplying all labourT&P, for boring of 50mm dia trial bore through hand boring by sludging mathod in all kind of soil upto required depth including cleaning the site with supply of all necessary bearing pipes ,cutter plug, sucket and need full materials and staging etc. all complete and withdrawing the bearing pipes etc, and depositing the soil samples in poly packs etc all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour and T&P for providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works and dismantling them after casting including cost of all materials T&P etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing M20 for RCC works using 20 mm & down graded HBG crusher broken chips and washed and screened sand with cost, conveyance, royalty of materials and including watering curing etc., complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

LAYING OF GALLERY LINE

Earth work in slushy soil in excavation of gallery line with in 50m initial lead & 1.50m initial lift as per direction of Engineer-in charge. (For two Galary line )

Dismentling and removing RCC columns,beams,slab or walls and removing of debris for making hole on wall of collection well to connect pipe line.

Supplying all labour T&P materials providing cement concrete(1:2:4) with 12mm HBG chips including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials etc. all complete to seal the hole of wall of collection well after laying of gallery line

Supplying all labour, T&P, laying of PVC ASTM pipes and specials in pipe line trenches of the out side following diameter for all classes including including conveyance to gallery line trenches.

Supplying of all labour,T&P and materials for providing and filling of different sizes of screened and washed gravels ( i.e. 10mm ,20mm ) as per necessay around screened pipes asper specification and drawing including cost conveyance & royalty et.c complete all complete as per direction of Engg. -in - charge

Supplying all labour, T&P, material for shoring and shuttering in foundation treaches, pits etc. with close wooden planks or sheets shuttering for protection to errosion of soil in rever bed etc. complete.

Supplying all labour, T&P, filling in gallery line with excavated materials after laying of gallery line as directed by Engineer-in charge of the department.

Dewatering during execution of work by supply and use of 5H.P Deisel engine continousely worked as per necessary as per direction of the engineer in charges(to be paid as per actual)

Supplying all Material of polyvinyl chloride PVC pipes as per ASTM-D-1785 / 04 having threads in accordance with DIN-2999 (pt-I) DIN-4925 ( II ) specification, The length of pipe will be 3mtr. In case of the 200mm dia (8ND Sch.80) pipes.The pipes shall be supplied with one end male thread and other end female thread or both ends threaded with external thread and necessary joint coupler will be supplied free of cost in each pipe.The female & grooving internal thread is to be belled in order to accept the male thread while jointing the pipe & pipes with a grooving at the root of the male thread to accommodate flexible rubber 'O'ring to make the joint water tight.Colour of the pipe shall be blue,Best quality HDPE Thread Protector of blue colour shall be provided in each pipe to avoid transit damage. The name of the manufacturer alongwith Batch No.,Schedule of pipe, Nominal size of the pipe,Standard No & Year shall be stenciled legibly on each pipe length.( One pipe each 3.0mtr. length)

Supplying all Material of 200mm dia ( 8" ) ND PVC ribbed well screen as per IS 12818 / 1992 Specification of standard length of 2mtr. Long ( piece ) each.The Screen Pipes will be supplied with both end threaded having male thread at one end & Female thread at the other end.Threads will be DIN 4925 (pt-II) with horizontal (Wall Thick -12.7mm) Slot Size 0.05 to 1.00mm per piece (of 2 mtr length)
