In Substructure

Providing HYSD bars confirming to approved grade including all labours for cutting ,bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete with Cess in all respect (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor ) as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing weep hole in plan / Reinforced concrete abutment/ wing wall / retaining wall with 100mm dia A.C. Pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20 H towards drawing face complete with Cess etc. as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing filter media in the rear of abutment & wing walls, return wall with 45mm. size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost, conveyance royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess & taxes of all materials T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Rough stones dry packing in approns & revetments of designed thickness on slope using 30 cm & above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin & from approved quarry including filling the interstices with small stones spalls etc. wth cost, conveyance, royalty, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty with all leads & lifts & taxes of all materials & labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50 Kg. ) as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Precast R.C.C. railing of M25 grade with 20mm down graded nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre- to centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000mm learning adequate space between vertical posts for expansion as per approved drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty , Cess of all materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 15 cm dia and 1 m long guard post of RCC (1:2:4) including cost, conveyance royality, Cess, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing RCC of design mix of M-30grade of controlled qulity having cube strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 16/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 10 mm. to 20mm. sizes obtained from approved quary & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987, IS-10262 & including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering & shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty , Cess and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment of earthwork will be made compacted level section) only

Loosening of the ground up to a level of 500mm below the sub-grade level , watered , graded & compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for sub-grade construction & clause 305 of MORTH specification of Road & Bridge works ( 4th Revision )

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing compacted granular subbase using gravel or moorum with sand admixture saticifying the P.I. value of good quality including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess of all materials and laying, spreading in uniform layers, watering and compacting to the required density complete for finished item of work as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, moorum & sand to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including Royalty, Cost of coneyance, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges as admissible etc complete as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MoRD by Mechanical means and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

WBM Grade - II

WBM Grade - III

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MoRD for low porosity surface. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (By Mechanical Mean)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (By Mechanical Mean)

Providing, laying & rolling of the open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-30 penetration grade bitumen @ 14.6Kg/10Sqm to required line grade & level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B including Royalty, Cost of coneyance, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges as admissible etc complete as per technical specification Clause-506 of MORD by Mannual Means & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 Cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8Kg of VG-30 grade bitumen per 10 Sqm. including hire and running chages of PRR, hot mix plant, tar boiler and all other T&P articles by manual means including Royalty, Cost of coneyance, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges as admissible etc complete as per technical specification Clause 508 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing &Turfing with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Protection Wall

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying & working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machineries required for the work & providing coffer dam if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with Cess complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-chargel.

Gravel backing to revetments and slopes of road embankments with good laterite moorum conveying from stacks stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard with cost, conveyance roylity and other taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work complet in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
