Supplying and filling foundation & plinth with good clean river sand including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost. conveyance royality & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete (measurement will be taken for compacted section) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting in Disintegrated rock not requiring blasting to be removed by pickaxes and crow bars and depositng the materials within 50 mtr initial lead and lift including rough dressing complete as per the direction of the Enngineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical BSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC of design mix of M-30 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm. down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works) as per clause 800,900,1200 & 1800 of MoRD Specification for Rural Roads (1st Revision). & as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge .

Earthwork stoney earth including gravel and stone boulders etc completewithin the initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm andlaying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtr in depth etc complete as per the direction of the Enngineer in Charge.

Construction of RCC guard posts of 200 mm dia M15 grade cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate,true to line and grade,tolerance of vertical RCC posts not to exceed 1 in 500 as per drawing and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over a coat on concrete surface with waterbased cement paint to unplastered concrete surfaces etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987) as per clause 1001 of MORD specification for Rural Roads (1st Revision) & as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments of designed thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge & Clause 1300 of of MoRD Specification for Rural Roads (1st Revision).

Back filling with granular material with all leads & lifts including cost. conveyance royality & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing anchor bars upto 28mm. dia to the founding level at rock strata as per approved design including cost, conveyance & all taxes of all materials and T&P required for the work but excluding cost of TS rod & labour charges for bending, binding, tying the grills & placing in position as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45 mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment , wingwall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete M-30 pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type,coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,water finishing to lines and grade as per clause 800,900,1200,1500 & 1800 of MoRD Specification for Rural Roads (1st Revision). & as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge .

Providing fitting & fixing slipseal expansion joints with M.S. Angles 75mm. X 75 mm. X 6 mm. at the edges of the slab with suitable anchoring arrangements by 12mm. M.S. Bars as per MOST design & drawing including fitting, fixing & welding with 6 mm. plates & filling joints of wearing coat with bitumen joint filler 12 mm. thick & joint sealing compound at top including painting of exposed surface of M.S. covered plates with anticorrosive bitumanstic paint etc. with cost, conveyance taxes of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per clause 1403 of MORD specification.
