Supplying ,fitting , fixing up windows (sliding type) made up aluminium section 151-154, 151-155 as windows frame section No. 151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter framed with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including looking arrangement including all fitting with cost of materials all taxes labour T&P etc. Completed as per direction Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of fixed Ventilators of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed sections made of pre-painted steel (base steel as per IS- 513 of 0.6 mm thick “D” quality, galvanized as per IS-277 with zinc of 120 Gm/Sq.mtr) with paint pecification being with primer of 5-7 microns and finished paint with polyster paint (Black /Pearl white/ Chocolate Brown) of 12-16 microns alongwith the alkyd backer at the back of 5-7 microns and the sizes of outer frame being of 46x52 mm and with all vertical and horizontal mullions are of 46x70 mm and fixed beadings are of 18x25 mm. Section for internal top and bottom frames in the louvered areas should be 18 x 40 mm. Top hung shutter should be of 46 x 46 mm. Accessories / gaskets are to be used as per the manufacturer’s supply and specification like handle being made of high grade aluminium powder coated and with nylon receiver and gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets are to be made of CRCA with zinc phosphating. The mullion caps and louvered-clips should be of glass filled nylon. The sections are to be cut to length ,mitre joined with corner bracket and frames are fixed to the concrete/masonry walls by means of self expanding screws and glass to be used of 5mm reflective with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing MS door & window shutter with of approved quality and design etc. complete with all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes and cess with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC

Dressed seasoned sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought and put up) in frames of doors, windows & ventilators etc fitted and fixed complete in all respect labour charges etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

32mm piasal wood or local Teak wood panelled shutters moulded panels with all labour, iron fittings, and wooden hinged cleats etc fitted and fixed complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Fitting & Fixing of 8 mm. to 12mm. thick Vitrified Tile ( of size 600m.m x 600 m.m ) or equivalent make of printed series confirming to IS specifications having minimum breaking strength 1400 kg/sq.cm in flooring in all floors at all heights on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:4) to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. including filling the joints with silicon sealant to match the shade of Vitrified Tile as per the design & drawing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T & P, sundries, watering & curing etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing vitrified tile flooring using Vitrified tiles of premium grade having thickness of 8 to 10mm conforming to IS 13756 of 600mmX600mm colour/printed series (homogeneous) of approved quality,colour or equivalent in dados & skirting on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:3) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the vitrified tile if required watering and curing for 21 days including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T & P required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting over a coat of white cement primer including cost of scaffolring, staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc complete.

Wall painting two coats to walls with weather coat paint of approved shade to give an even shade including cost of paint per 1 sqm. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 mtrs C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in staircase as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with coist, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour and T&P required for the work all complete in all respect
