Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mixer(pug Mill) , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel of 80-100kn roller to achive the desired density including lighting ,barricading and maintenance of diversion etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical specifications clause 406.

Cleaning the existing Black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft btrushes and finally dusting with old gunny bages and/or compressed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressere distributer @0.20kg / sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular suerface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works as per direction of EIC.

Providing , laying semi dence bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, primixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level on the alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1903. as per direction of EIC.

Providing, laying and compactig sub-base with moorum in layers not exceeding 100mm watering and compacting to required dencity in OMC with PRR including hire and running charges of P.R.R etc all complete with cost and conveyance of all materials, T & P etc all complete as per direction of EIC.

Maintenance of CD works by the way of Clearing, Cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1908 of MORD and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing Wall with Water Proofing Cement paint Two coat over a coat of cement wash of approved shade on new work including all cost of cement paint etc, Complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & Fixing Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Kilometre Stone of standard design as per IRC 8-1980.fixed in position including painting & printing etc. as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & Fixing Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade 200 mtr Stone of standard design as per IRC 8-1980.fixed in position including painting & printing etc. as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per claouse 1701.3.9 of MORD eor rurals road of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47 mm X47 mmX12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of proporly designed foundation with M-15 Grade cement concrete 450X450 X600 mm,600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing clause 1701.2.2 as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board as per specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause Annexure 300,800,1700 of MORD as per direction of the Engineer in charge
