Construction of Panelled cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared subbase, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading theconcrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished incontinuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridges and culverts (expansion joints), admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification with all cost of materials, labour, Royalty, taxes & all other T & P etc. complete & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in hard soil by mechanical means within 5.0 KM lead including dressing, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth including sectioning , cambering, & compacting by HRR , all cost, labour ,T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete & as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer Coat with bitumen Emulsion ( S.S. )on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.20 Kg / sqm using mechanical means with all cost of materials, labour, Royalty, taxes & all other T & P etc. complete & as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen Emulsion ( R.S.)using emulsion pressure distributer @ 0.20 Kg / sqm on the prepared bituminus / granular surface with all cost of materials, labour, Royalty, taxes & all other T & P etc. complete & as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying 20mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.20mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.6 kg Penetration grade of bitumen including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire & Running charges of PRR ,hot mix plant,bitumen boilers with all cost of materials, labour, Royalty, taxes & all other T & P etc. complete & as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for Laying 6mm thick Precoated seal coat type - B using 0.06 Cum of 6mmsize Chips and Down graded as per Sieve Analysis and 6.8 Kg of Bitumen per 10 Sqm including hire & running charges of PRR, Bitumen mixture, tar boiler etc. with all cost of materials, labour, Royalty, taxes & all other T & P etc. complete & as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of typical Ctizen informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Two nos MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and bottom plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The flat iron frame of both plates will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm, 750mm below ground level. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing with all cost of materials, labour, Royalty, taxes & all other T & P etc. complete & as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Semi-reflective cautionary mandatory and informatory sign boards as per IRC 67 made of 1.5mm thick MS sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with ref reflective border of 65mm width and required letters and figuures with reflective tape engineering grade as per clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and weided on 47mmx47mmx 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of property designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x 450x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing with all cost of materials, labour, Royalty, taxes & all other T & P etc. complete & as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
