Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert or at any approved portion of road and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days including Royalty, Cost of coneyance, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges as admissible etc complete as per MoRD technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

CD Work Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying & working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machineries required for the work & providing coffer dam if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with Cess complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-chargel.

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Chargeslabour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Plain Cement concrete M-15 in substructure upto a required depth below ground level and upto a required height above ground level/bed level using 40mm down graded hard granite aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting in position in layers to proper slope & level including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, Cess, royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, taxes of all materials etc. with all labour and T&P required for the work including dewatering, shuttering if necessary complete as per direction of Engineer – in – charge

Providing RCC of design mix of M-250 grade in super structure of controlled qulity having cube strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 16/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 10 mm. to 20mm. sizes obtained from approved quary & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987, IS-10262 & including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering & shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing HYSD bars confirming to approved grade including all labours for cutting ,bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete with Cess in all respect (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor ) as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying of filter media with stone of 45mm size hard black hand broken aggregates satisfying the requirements to the required thickness with smaller size towards the soil & bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire behind the return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.E.I.C.

Providing weep hole in plan / Reinforced concrete abutment/ wing wall / retaining wall with 100mm dia A.C. Pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20 H towards drawing face complete with Cess etc. as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 15 cm dia and 1 m long guard post of RCC (1:2:4) including cost, conveyance royality, Cess, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying and fixing in position RCC NP3 Hume pipes (Conforming to relevent I.S. Specification) with collar jointed with Cement Mortar (1:3) complete including cost of RCC Hume pipes and collars and cost of all labour T&P and other materials required for the work including Cess as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 300 mm dia HPC.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint over a coat of primer to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint & primer watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
