R.C.C. of design mix of M-30 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength / target mean strength of 300kg / cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150mm x 150mm cubes at 28 days curring after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/ IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 20mm down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC-21-1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowerring & laying cocrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering & shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves whereever necessary including cost, conveyance royaltities of all materials with all lead & lifts, cost of all labour, T&P & machinaries etc required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straighthening, cutting, bending, binding, welding & tying the grills lapping splicing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position (to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Providing plain cement concrete M-15 with clean black hard granite stone aggregates of 40mm & down graded size of approved quality from approved quarry consistent with strength & cover of concrete & laying in position in layers not exceeding 150mm thick in the proper packing by means of vibrator to proper slope and to the required level including hoisting lowering laying concrete providing side shuttering & finishing all exposed surface smooth supplying & working of pumps, labour & T&P articles & all machineries, dewatering if required with cost conveyance, royality of all materials complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonary , plain / reinforced concrete abutment wing wall , return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) :20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and techinical specificaiton and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in all kinds of soil upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with excavated suitable materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments and stone pitching in slopes and boulder approns etc with hard granite stone of size 30 cm and above as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 1000 and 2500 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer in all shades including cost of paint, all labours, materials,carriage & royality etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with approved weather seal paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation & plinth with 4cm. crusher broken hard granite broken metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing & ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality of all material required for the work including supplying & working pumps, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specific ation & direction of the Engineer-in Charge providing groove & beads where necessary complete in all respects.

In Foundation (With Dewatering)

Providing& laying filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirement laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specification to thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall & provided over the entire surface behind abutment,wingwall & return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drwawing & technical specification clauses and as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fixing and laying R.C.C. Hume pipes of NP3 class(confirming to relevant IS specification) for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:3 including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting & fixing strip seal expansion joints at the edges of the slab with suitable anchoring arrangements by 12mm. M.S. Bars as per MOST design & drawing including fitting, fixing & welding with 6 mm. plates & filling joints of wearing coat with bitumen joint filler 12 mm. thick & joint sealing compound at top including painting of exposed surface of M.S. covered plates with anticorrosive bitumanstic paint etc. with cost, conveyance of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing anchor bars upto 25mm to 38mm dia to the founding level at rock strata as per approved design including cost. Conveyance of all materials and T&P required for the work but excluding cost of TS rod, labour charges for bending binding, tying the grills & placing in postition as per specification & direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing Tar papers of approved size and quality as per approved design including cost,conveyance,royalty of all materials,labour charges ,T & P etc required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 & clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Gravel backing to revetment & slope of road embankment with good latrite moorum from stacks, stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royality of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 225 mm watering and compacting to required density in OMC with Vibratory Roller including hire and running charges of VRR etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing laying & compacting WBM base course of 75mm thickness using crushed stone aggregates and crushable screening and binding materials including laying in position, spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, applying and brooming requisite type of screening, blinding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate to proper grade and camber sprinking of water and rolling with power road roller as per clause 404 of MORT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means for low porosity surface including cost, conveyance, royalty of materials, labour charges, T&P etc, required for the work complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS -1) at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer using mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty of materials, labour charges, T&P etc, required for the work complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-30 grade of bitumen @ 1.46 Kg/Sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades by manual means with cost, conveyance, royality of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc, required for the work complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat (Type -B) using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips as per sieve analysis & 6.8 Kg of bitumen per 10 Sqm, including hire & running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, tar boiler & all other T&P articles with cost, conveyance, royality of all materials, labour charges etc required for the work complete by manual means as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical BSY informatory sign board with Logo as per specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700 of MoRD as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
