Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 23cum (9") thick including watering and ramming with the cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P required for the Work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2") size clean hard black broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 25 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 with dimensional tolerance +/- 8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm hard granite crusher broken metal including all cost , carriage, royality, taxes, and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Providing and laying RCC M-20 grade using 20 mm and downgraded size hard black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concerete and compacting by using vibrators watering and curring for 4 weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves of beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all material and labour required for the work etc. complete excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. Rod or steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges for straightening, cutting etc of the M.S. rods or tor steel and tying grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. work with minimum compressivee strength in work test of 150kg/cm2 in 15cm cum cubes at 28 days cost and conveyance of M.S. Rod or steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges for straightening, cutting etc of the M.S. rods or tor steel and tying grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills hoisting lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only).

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curring with cost and conveyancec of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm thick grading plaster (1:4),finished smooth over roof slab after cleaning the surface incl.watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C..(A/R P/106 Item-17)

Fixing chequered tiles in floors on 25 mm thick bed of cement morter (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles incl. rubbing and polishing complete incl. cost of tile etc all complete.

Labour for fixing G.C.I. Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. excluding cost of fitting per 1 Sqm.

Priming one coat with any approved primer over plastered surface as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint.
