Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and floors(i.e. below the base course of the flooring) using cement, 40mm. Size crusher broken H.G.Metal and screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry inclduign hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level, ramming,watering and curing etc. completek to required levels, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,royalities and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work including shoring,shuttering anddewatering(if required)including hire and running charges of water pump required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) nominal mix as per Drawing and Technical Specification

Fly ash brick masonry using fly ash bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with cement after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

In Foundation & Plinth

Providing 12mm. Thick cement plaster in cement mortar or mix(1:6) in all floors at all height with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonary walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing,rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing 16mm. Thick cement plaster in cement mortar or mix(1:6) in all floors at all height with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonary walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing,rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying 2.5cm thick Damp proof course with C.C(1:2:4) using12mm size HBG chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cement washing 1coat (Per 1 Sqm)

Supplying Fitting, fixing up fully glazed aluminium framed window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as window frame, section 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all materials, all taxes, labour, T&P excluding cost of glass etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall surface with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade in Ground Floor

Distempering two coats to inside walls with approved make distemper of approved shed on new work to give an even shed including cost of all materials with taxes, all labour, scaffoldings, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge as per approved specification.

Painting two coats with any approved colour of weather seal coat to out side surface of wall in Ground Floor

Providing fitting and fixing of GCI sheet in roofing including all cost conveyance taxes etc. complete.

Labour for fixing and fitting GCI sheet rigdes or valley etc, complete.

Supplying and fixing MS doors and windows including cost conveyance taxes etc. complete.

Painting two coat with approved synthetic enamel paint to new wood & iron work including cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Ground Floor

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete having compressive strength at 28 days test not less than 300 kg/ sq.cm for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , including the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and excluding reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, and hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour,Labour cess and T&P required for the work improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Ground Floor

Cutting,straightening coiled or bent up HYSD/TMT Reinfocement Bars welding or jointing if necessary ,bending, binding,tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works,providing Fan Hooks where necessary and hoising,lowering and placing the same tin proper position according to the approved eesigns and drawings in all floors including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading and taxes or HYSD/TMT Reinforcement Bars and Binding wieres of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work cost of all labour,T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge(Payment will be made according to the actual/proper weight of HYSD/TMT Reinforcement Bars and Binding wires consumed in the particular work only) fe 550

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Ceramic wall tiles of premium grade of size 300x200/200x200mm having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13753 in dadoes, skirting and risers of steps laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 course sand) jointed with slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
