Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam IRC Grade-III (53mm to 22.4mm) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoRD by manual means including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying the primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared Surface of Granular base including cleaning of road Surface & spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification Clause-502 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 2 Kg per 10 Sqm on the bituminous surface and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying for surface dressing with 12Kg. Penetration grade of bitumen and 0.15 cum of 19mm nominal size chips per 10 sm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and including cost and conveyance, Royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges of chips etc complete in all respect as per technical specification & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and installing of measurement stones including painting, lettering in accordance with the specifications and as approved by the engineer and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and as per clause 1703 of MoRD.

Providing and fixing of road Information sign board as per MoRD specification and drawing. Two nos MS Plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and bottom plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The flat iron frame of both plates with be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm, 750mm below ground level. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.00

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing as per Clause 1701.2.2 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of Class-B retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity and high intensity prismatic grade sheeting as per ASTM D 4956-09 Type-III and IV strictly conforming to Clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 and vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00 mm thick as per Clause 6.5.2 of IRC : 67-2012 or A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm, 2 nos and 3 nos horizontal and 1 no vertical extra supporting member of M.S.angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x75 cm, 60 cm belowground level as per approved drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P, excavation, curing etc. complete, under supervision of Engineer-in-Charge.
