Fly Ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and plinth using Fly Ash bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use with watering, curing including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying concrete , ramming in layers not exceeding 0.15 m thick watering, curing including cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of materials, all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer in charge .

Cement concrete M-30 grade with 20mm down graded size C.B.H.G. chips for R.C.C. works including hoisting and laying per 1 cum complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Column Base

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. 12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joint including watering and curing with cost ,conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm(3/4") thick grading plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over roof slab after chipping and chiseling the same and cleaning the surface by wire brush laid to proper slope finished smooth to receive tar felt treatment watering and curing including cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Vetrified Tiles in floors treads of steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with all cost, conveyance, taxes of marble / tiles , labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing Tiles in Dados skirting and rises of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster ( 1:3 ) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing Plasters surfaces of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of Prelaminated particle board ceilling with Aluminium anodised T Section No-3215 with 2'-0" centre to centre L Section No-1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel srew and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fising ISI marked 35 mm thick flush door shutters conforming to 15 2202 (Part 1) decorative typs, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak three ply veneering with vertical grains of cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters of approved design including cost of all door fittings and fixtures et complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. iron doors & windows, sutters & flat & angel frames grill made out of M.S. flat grill gate made out of iron plate shutter with angel choukath with cost of grill including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, all types of taxes etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Finishing walls with Weather coat Paint ( weather based ) cement based wall puty Paint of approverd shade on wall surface to give an even shade including sand papering including cost of Cement Paints, brushes etc. including cost , conveyance , taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work one coat to give an even shade including cost of distemper per 1 sqm.(Ref. P-99, item-22 of A/R- 06). Data 10 sqm complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to old wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days as per MoRD technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegitation,grass,bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm,removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per technical specification clause-201.

Supplying and fixing of roller Blinds by fixing powder coated top channel, bottom channel with bottom end gap,control unit and good quality of 0.60 mm thick fabric of approved design and quality etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying. fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
