Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on propared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying promer at the rate of 0.60 kg per sqm with mechanical /manual broom clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision )etc.complete as per direction of the EIC.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical /manual broom clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision )etc.complete as per direction of the EIC.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical /manual broom clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision )etc.complete as per direction of the EIC.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded pre-mix carpet composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregate using 14.60 Kg per 10 sqm bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with three wheel 80-10 KN static roller capacity , finished to required level and graded to be followed by seal coat of T type C as per techinical specification clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification of road and bridge work (4th Revision) including cost , conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size hard granite chips and 6.8Kgs of bitumen for 10sqm area including consolidation with PRR etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying good quality of moorum in sub base layers not exceeding 100mm watering and compacting to required density in OMC with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR ,with cost of all labours and T&P etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer -incharge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification of semi- reflective sign boards as on IRC:67 made of 2mm thick M.S. sheet duly slove enamelled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective boarder of 70mm width and required message letters , figures with reflective engineering geade tape as per MORD specification of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mmX47mm of 12 SWG square tube of 3050mm height duly strengthened by 25mmX5mm M/S flats iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by menas of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mmX450mmX 600mm , 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 1701 of MoSRT&H specification for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost , conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
