Fly Ash brick masonary in C:M (1:6) using 25cmx12cmx8 cm size bricks having crushsing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular, mouldings, and corbelling , champhering and similar such type of work , watering and curing etc . complete including cost , conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including 1% cess and as per the specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. M-20 grade having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test ) 200 kg/ sq. cm in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S 456 and I.S 516 using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering , laying and compacting concrete , watering and curing for 28 days, centring, shuttering , finishing the exposed surface including ceiling smooth, providing grooves , beads where necessary and providing required no of fan hooks as directed including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all the materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Cutting, streightening the bent up M.S./TS Rods bending, binding, welding, jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position, as required for R.C.C work and for providing required No. of Fan Hooks hoisting, lowering, laying including, cost, conveyance, taxes of all M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 118 to 20 gauge required for the work bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

12 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

16 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

20 mm thick cement plaster in c.m. (1:4) over stone work with cost, conveyance & taxes etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing fitting and fixing of Vertrified Tile & tiles in floor over thick bed of CM (1:1) including cost conveyance royalty of all materials etc complete.

Providing fitting and fixing of Vertrified tiles in dadoes over thick bed of CM (1:3) including cost conveyance royalty of all materials etc complete.

Supplying, Fitting and fixing M.S. door and windows.etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, Fitting and fixing M.S. grills of flat etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Distempering two coat to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even said including cost of distemper etc. complete.

White washing two coat to walls with shell lime of approved shade on new work to give an even said including cost of distemper etc. complete.

Weather coat two coats including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials all labour and T & P required for the work etc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of primer on M.S. shutters and grill work with any approved enamel paint including cost of all materials etc. complete.

Earth work in all kinds of soil including rough dressing and leveling the bed etc. complete.

2.5cm Damp proof course with CC (1:2:4 ) using 12mm size chips including 1% cess etc. complete.

Priming one coat with any approved primer over new plaster surface including cost of cement with all cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % CESS etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete work (1:2:4) using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering , laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 28 days including finishing the exposed surface including cost , conveyance, royalties and taxes of all the materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
