Providing & applying the primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared Surface of Granular base including cleaning of road Surface & spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification Clause-502 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying the tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.30Kg/Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying the tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.20Kg/Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hotmix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification Clause No. 508 complete in all respects.

Supplying and fixing of measurement stones of R.C.C. M-15 grade including painting, lettering in accordance with the specifications and as approved by the engineer and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and as per clause 1703 of MoRD. Maintenance of KM stone & 200 Mtr Stone

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised, cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of Class-B retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity and high intensity prismatic grade sheeting as per ASTM D 4956-09 Type-III and IV strictly conforming to Clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 and vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00 mm thick as per Clause 6.5.2 of IRC : 67-2012 or A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4 mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm and periphery supporting member of M.S.angle of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm size firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 75 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P, excavation, curing etc. complete, under supervision of Engineer-in-Charge. Earth work in stoney earth and gravel mixed with stone and boulder not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume within 50 mtr initial lead and 1.50 mtr initial lift including roughing, dressing and breaking of clods to maximum 5Cm to 7 Cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtr depth and as per specification approved by the department including all labour, T&P, Cess, articles required for the work etc complete and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and remming with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size clean hard black broken granite stone metal (C.B) of approved quality and from approved quarry including hosting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalty and all labour, cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per direction of the EIC.
