Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface pf granular base including clearing of road surface & spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg/sqm including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lift & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms,spreading, grading to a required slope & compacting 5m. away from the toe line of final section including rough dressing , breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.23m in depth etc. including removing all debrises & benching old embankment etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Suppling and installing of reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Kilometre stone / 200 meter of Standard design as per IRC-8 fixing in position including painting and printing as per drawing etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 200 meter stone (precast)

Providing concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 800,1100,1200 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
