Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials & with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 40mm & down graded size of crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, including curing, dewatering, shoring, centering & shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials requried for the work etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in (1:2.5:5) open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifictions Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge A) Upto Ground level

B) Sub-structure

Providing cement Concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size HG chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, including curing, dewatering, shoring, centering & shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials requried for the work etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC wok of M-25 in foundation with 12mm downgraded size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC Railing

P.C.C. of M-30 as per IRC specification having minimum cube strtength of 300Kg/per Sqm.on 150mm.cube at 28 days using minimum quantity of cement as per clause 303.5of IRC - 21- 1987 & 1S - 456 - 2000 with clean crusher broken 20mm. size down graded hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering hoisting & laying concrete not exceeding 150mm. thick as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge to the required level with proper compaction of each layer of the concrete by means of vibrator providing side steel shuttering, watering, finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including supplying T&P article & all other machinery required including cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials required for the work with all leads & lifts required etc. complete in all respects including cost, carriage of all material & labour T&P etc complete as per Engineer in charge.

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade Fe-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to IS 1786/1985 specification & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying in position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor ) standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987 as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 2706 of MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
